Harbin 哈尔滨 is a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Heilongjiang Province. It is the capital of Heilongjiang Province, a sub-provincial city, a megacity, and a core city of the Harbin metropolitan circle. Approved by The State Council as an important central city in northeast China and an important national manufacturing base.
Harbin is located in the northeast of China and the center of Northeast Asia. It is the political, economic, and cultural center of northeast China and is known as The Pearl of the Eurasian land bridge 欧亚大陆桥. Harbin is an important hub of The Pearl of the Eurasian land bridge and Air corridor 空中走廊, the starting point of the Industrial corridor of Harbin, Daqing, and Qiqihar 哈大齐工业走廊, the central city of border development and opening up, the central city of Northeast Asia, and the “central city of cooperation with Russia”.

Harbin Taiping International Airport 哈尔滨太平国际机场地, located in the center of Northeast Asia, is an important air traffic hub in northeast China and even Northeast Asia. Harbin Taiping International Airport has opened 253 routes, including 19 international routes and 234 domestic routes. Harbin Pingfang Airport 哈尔滨平房机场 is the second civil aviation general airport following Harbin Taiping International Airport. It is located in the Pingfang district of Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province. It is the base airport of China Flying Dragon General Aviation Company.
Railway: Harbin is the railway hub of northeast China. Harbin Railway Bureau is one of the 15 railway bureaus in China, starting from Gulian in the north, landing in the south, Suifenhe 绥芬河 in the east, and Manzhouli in the west. It is connected with Russia outside and Shenyang Railway Bureau inside.
