Hohai University河海大学成立于 1915 年，是中国最早的高等学府之一。该大学位于中国南京，现已发展成为一所领先的综合性大学，涵盖工程、自然科学、经济与管理和社会科学。河海大学是中国教育部直辖的 75 所国家重点大学之一，也是中国 56 所设有研究生院的大学之一。学校的工程学实力雄厚，特别是水资源工程和环境科学与工程学科，是国家双一流大学项目之一，在中国所有大学中排名第一和第八。河海大学的工程、环境/生态、计算机科学、材料科学、农业科学、地球科学、化学和社会科学等学科在 ESI 中排名前 1%。
Hohai University, founded in 1915, is one of the earliest institutions of higher learning in China. Located in Nanjing, China, the University has grown into a leading comprehensive university covering engineering, natural sciences, economics and management, and social sciences. Hohai University is one of the 75 national key universities under the direct jurisdiction of the Ministry of Education of China and one of the 56 universities in China with a graduate school. The university has strong engineering strength, especially water resources engineering and environmental science and engineering disciplines, which is one of the national double first-class university projects, ranking first and eighth among all universities in China. Hohai University’s disciplines of engineering, environment/ecology, computer science, materials science, agricultural science, Earth science, chemistry and social science rank in the top 1% of ESI.

Hohai University believes that globalization is one of the key strategies for our development. The University has established close international collaborations with our global partners, including TUDelft in the Netherlands, UCLA, Georgia Institute of Technology, the University of Arizona in the United States, the University of Lille in France, the University of British Columbia and the University of Waterloo in Canada, and the Universities of Western Australia and Queensland in Australia. Collaborations include joint degree programs, joint research, and student and faculty exchange programs. The university has about 100 international students from more than 1,500 countries.
