二、申请人资格
Eligibility
1. 非中国籍公民，身体健康；
2. 面向全部留学生；
3. 学历和年龄要求：来华攻读硕士学位者，须具有学士学位，年龄不超过35岁；来华攻读博士学位者，须具有硕士学位，年龄不超过40岁;
4. 奖学金申请人不可同时享受中国各级政府和高校设立的其他奖学金资助。
1. Applicants must be a citizen of a country other than the People’s Republic of China, and be in good health;
2. To all international students, but for students who apply domestically must be fresh graduates in July 2025, no requirement for overseas students;
3. The requirements for applicants’ degree and age are as followings:
● be a bachelor’s degree holder and no more than 35 when applying for the master’s programs;
● be a master’s degree holder and no more than 40 when applying for the doctoral programs.
4. Applicants are not eligible to receive other scholarship grants from the Chinese government and universities at the same time.
三、奖学金内容和标准
Scholarship Coverage
免学费、免费提供校内住宿、免综合医疗保险费、资助生活费（硕士研究生3000元/月，博士研究生3500元/月）。
Exemption from tuition fee; providing free on-campus accommodation, Comprehensive Medical Insurance and living stipend (Master student: 3000RMB/month, Doctoral student: 3500RMB/month).
四、如何申请及所需材料
How to Apply and Required Materials ?
登录国家留学基金委来华留学网上报名系统（http://www.campuschina.org/），完成网上申请（留学项目种类：B类，江西财经大学机构代码: 10421）；
申请材料：
1. 护照复印件（原则上有效期应为十二个月以上）；
2. 经公证的最高学历证明。如申请人为应届毕业生，须另外提交现就读学校出具的预毕业证明，中英文以外文本须附经公证的中文或英文的译文；
3. 学习成绩单，中英文以外文本须附经公证的中文或英文的译文；
4. 推荐信。申请攻读硕士、博士学位者须提交两名教授或副教授的推荐信，用中文或英文书写；
5. 年龄不满18岁的申请人，须提交在华法定监护人的相关法律文件；
6.《外国人体格检查表》复印件；
7.英语水平证明
8.HSK5级成绩报告（仅针对中文项目）；
9.我校预录取通知书；
10.无犯罪记录证明或个人承若书；
11.学习计划或研究计划(最少1000字);
12.《中国政府奖学金申请表》
13. 导师接收函
*申请者应保证所提供的信息和材料真实、准确，杜绝弄虚作假和学术不端的行为，否则取消入学资格。

Application Documents:
1. Photocopy of Passport ID (It should valid for more than twelve months);
2. Notarized highest diploma; Prospective diploma recipients must submit official document issued by your current school to prove your current student status and provide with a pre-graduation letter. Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations;
3. Academic transcripts (written in Chinese or English); Transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations;
4.Two Recommendation Letters (written in Chinese or English). Applicants for doctorate and postgraduate programs must submit two recommendation letters signed by professors or associate professors;
5. Applicants under the age of 18 must submit relevant documents about their statutory guardians in China;
6.Foreigner Physical Examination Form;
7.The copy of valid HSK Certificate (Only for Chinese Taught Program);
8. English Certificate (IELTS 6.0 OR TOEFL 80 OR OTHERS)
9. JUFE pre-admission letter ;
10. No Criminal Record Certificate or Personal Commitment;
11. Study plan or Research Proposal (More than 1000 Words)；

七、申请流程
Application methods
第一步：申请人于2025年2月23日前，在国家留学基金委来华留学网上报名系统提交申请；
第二步：江西财经大学于3月16日前完成材料初审、面试及学校奖学金评审，确定该项目候选人名单并通知学生本人，发放中国政府奖学金高校研究生项目预录取通知书；
第三步：候选人须于3月23日前登录中国政府奖学金来华留学管理信息系统将我校预录取通知书及其他补充材料进行上传，未及时完成在线申请的候选人，将被取消候选人资格；
第四步：拟被提名的申请者需在规定时间内缴纳3000元人民币预注册费，否则将被视为放弃申请资格，预注册费将在学生正式到校注册后退还至学生本人（2025年11月-12月）;
第五步：江西财经大学须于3月30日前将拟录取人选信息及材料报送国家留学基金委；
第六步：经国家留学基金委审核合格，即可获得中国政府奖学金资助来华学习；
第七步：名单公示
备注：1.未被正式录取申请者的预注册费将于公示当月原路径退还；
2.被正式授予CSC奖学金的申请者，若因个人原因未能按时到
报到的，预报名费不予退还。
Step 1:Applicants submit their applications to Online Application System (http://www.campuschina.org/) before Feburary 25th 2025;
Step 2: Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics will complete the application material review, interview and scholarship evaluation before March 16th 2025, confirm the list of candidates for the program and inform the students, issue the Pre-admission Notice of Chinese Government Scholarship University Programs;
Step 3:Nominated candidates must upload JUFE pre-admission letter and other necessary additional materials to the Chinese Government Scholarship Management Information System (http://www.campuschi-na.org) before March 23rd 2025. And candidates who do not complete the online application in time will be disqualified from the candidacy;
Step 4：The applicants who are proposed to be nominated are required to pay a pre-registration fee of 3,000 ChineseYuan within the specified time. Otherwise, they will be regarded as giving up their application qualifications. The pre-registration fee will be refunded to the students themselves after they officially register for 2025 September Intake.
Step 5: Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics will post nominated candidates’ application documents and other necessary letters to the Chinese Government Scholarship Council before March 30th 2025.
Step 6: Once the application has been reviewed and approved by the China Scholarship Council, the applicant will be eligible to study in China with CSC Scholarship;
Step 7: The announcement of final list.
Remarks:
1.The pre-registration fees of the applicants who are not officially admitted will be refunded through the original payment channels in the month when the admission results are publicized.
2. For the applicants who are officially awarded the CSC scholarships, if they fail to register on time due to personal reasons, the pre-registration fees will not be refunded.
八、报名费
报名费:500元/人，申请人须在完成线上申请一周内，将缴费截图发至我校招生邮箱, 否则视为放弃申请。邮箱地址：[email protected]，缴费信息详见附件1。
Application Fee: 500RMB/Person. Applicants must send a copy of the payment confirmation receipt to our admission email [email protected] within one week after completing the online application. Failure to do so will be considered as giving up the application. Payment information please see attachment 1.
