Introduction
The Atomic Energy Scholarship Program (AES-HEU) at Harbin Engineering University (HEU) offers full Chinese Government Scholarships for international students pursuing graduate programs in ​Nuclear Science and Technology and ​Power and Energy. Jointly supported by the China Atomic Energy Authority (CAEA), Ministry of Education (MOE), China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC), State Power Investment Corporation (SPIC), and China General Nuclear Power Corporation (CGN), the program annually admits ​40 outstanding students globally for:

  • 3-year Master’s degrees
  • 4-year Doctoral degrees

Aimed at fostering talent in peaceful nuclear technology applications, the program strengthens international cooperation in nuclear energy.
