Qinghai Minzu University (QMU) is recruiting international students, who wish to enroll into graduate and postgraduate program at QMU commencing in the academic year of 2022/2023.The successful applicants will be offered the Chinese Government Full Scholarships covering the duration of their postgraduate program.

1. Duration of Scholarships

Master programs: 3-4 academic years

Bachelor programs: 4-5 academic years

2. Eligibility

1) Applicants for a Master program must hold a Bachelor’s Degree and be under the age of 30.

2) Applicants for a Bachelor program must hold a High School Degree and be under the age of 25.

3) Applicants should be proficient in Chinese and be able to take courses and thesis in Chinese. Applicants need to pass Chinese Proficiency Test (HSK) level 4. If your Chinese proficiency examination (HSK) does not reach the level 4, you must pass at least HSK3 to apply , once admitted, you need to study Chinese language for one year to access professional study.

3. Details of the Scholarship

Waiver of tuition fees, fees for laboratory experiment, fees for internship, and accommodation on campus.

Living allowance:

For Master candidates: RMB 3000 Yuan per month

Fees for Comprehensive Medical Insurance for International Students in China;

Note: International airfares and domestic travel expenses are borne by students themselves.

4. Application Materials

The applicants must fill in and provide the following materials truly and correctly (three copies).

1） Application Form for Chinese Government Scholarship (printed by CSC), completed in Chinese or in English. It can be downloaded from the attachment of this document.

2）Highest diploma ( notarized photocopy) . If applicants are university students or already employed, they shall also provide studying certificates or employment documents. Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized translations in Chinese or English.

3）Copies of diploma. Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with translations in Chinese or English.

4）Notarized transcripts of studies. Transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized translations in Chinese or English.

5）A study or research plan (at least 800 words) in Chinese or in English.

6） Two letters of recommendation in Chinese or English by professors or associate professors.

7）Photocopy of Foreigner Physical Examination Form (printed by Chinese quarantine authority and only for those whose period of studies in China exceeds six months) filled in English. The medical examinations must cover all the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete records or those without the signature of the attending physician, the official stamp of the hospital or a sealed photograph of the applicants are invalid. The medical examination results are valid for 6 months. All applicants are kindly requested to take this factor into consideration while determining the time to take medical examination.

8）The certificates of Chinese level.

Application materials will not be returned regardless of the result of application.

9）copy of passport.

5. Application Procedures and deadline

To make the online application for Chinese Government Scholarship through the website of CSC (http://www.csc.edu.cn/laihua/indexen.aspx), fill up the Application Form, submit the completed Application Form and get a series number online and print the Application Form according to the requirements; please note that the “Agency No.” of Qinghai Minzu University is 10748.

The above materials should reach Qinghai Minzu University by March 31st 2022 by Express mail service. Letters of Admission will be mailed out to the successful applicants before August 15th 2022. The enrolment time will be between August 25th -27th 2022.

学年度“中国政府奖学金项目”招生简章

2022/2023学年度我校自主招收中国政府奖学金项目留学报名工作现已开始，攻读硕士、本科学位均可申请，被录取者将获得中国政府全额奖学金资助。

一、招生类别及奖学金期限

硕士研究生: 奖学金期限3-4年。

本科生：奖学金期限4-5年。

二、申请人资格

1.应具有学士学位(申请硕士), 年龄30周岁以下。

2.应具有高中学历(申请本科), 年龄25周岁以下。

2.汉语水平考试（HSK）四级及以上；能流利使用汉语进行日常交流和从事学习及研究。汉语水平考试（HSK）达不到4级水平的，需至少通过HSK3级，录取后进行一年的汉语补习，达到要求，方可进入专业学习。

三、奖学金内容和标准

1. 免收学费、试验费、实习费和住宿费。

2. 提供生活补贴:3000元人民币/月（硕士）；本科生：2500元人民币/月。

3. 提供中国政府奖学金来华留学生综合医疗保险。

注：国际旅费自理。

四、申请材料（均为一式三份）

1.《中国政府奖学金申请表》原件及复印件各一份，用中文或英文填写，申请表随后附上。

2. 经过公证的最高学历证明（学历证书和学位证书）。中英文以外文本需附经公证的中文或英文的译文。

如申请人为在校学生或已就业，需另外提交本人就读学校出具的在学证明或就业单位出具的在职证明。

3.毕业证书或学位证书的复印件。（中英文以外文本需翻译为中文或英文，连同中英文以外文本证书的复印件一并提供）。

4.经公证的本科阶段（或者高中阶段）成绩单。中英文以外文本需附经公证的中文或英文的译文。

5.来华学习和研究计划（不少于800字），用中文或英文书写。

6.两名教授或副教授的推荐信，用中文或英文书写。

7.《外国人体格检查记录》(复印件)。此表格由中国卫生检疫部门统一印制，须用英文填写。申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查记录》中要求的项目进行检查。缺项、未贴有本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医师和医院签字盖章的《外国人体格检查记录》无效。鉴于检查结果有效期为6个月，请申请人据此确定本人进行体检的时间。

8. 汉语水平的相关证书。

9. 护照复印件。

注：无论录取与否，申请材料均不退还。

五、申请程序及时间

1. 所有申请者按照要求进行网上申请(http://www.csc.edu.cn/laihua/indexen.aspx)，青海民族大学的学校代码为10748，申请截止日期为：2022年3月31日，请于2022年3月31日前将申请材料以特快专递邮寄提交至青海民族大学国际教育学院。

2. 青海民族大学国际教育学院将于2022年8月15日前向被录取学生寄发录取通知。 2022年8月25日-27日入学。
