一、奖学金概况
国际中文教师奖学金聚焦培养合格的海外中文教师。孔子学院、独立设置的课堂、部分汉语考试考点、外国相关教育机构、高校中文师范专业/中文院系、国外有关中文教学行业组织、中国驻使（领）馆等推荐机构可推荐优秀学生和在职中文教师到中国大学学习和进修国际中文教育及相关专业，推荐机构详见http://cis.chinese.cn，申请者可以登录进行申请。
二、申请条件
招生对象为非中国籍人士，对华友好，无违法犯罪记录，遵守中国政府的法律、法规和学校的规章制度，身心健康，品学兼优，有志于从事中文教育、教学及相关工作，年龄为16-35周岁（统一以2024年9月1日计），在职中文教师放宽至45周岁。

四、申请时间及流程
2024年3月20日起，申请者可登录国际中文教师奖学金报名网站（cis.chinese.cn）国际中文教师奖学金板块，申请国际中文教师奖学金。
申请流程：
1．登录奖学金网站，查询推荐机构；
2．在线提交申请材料，关注申请进程、审核意见与奖学金评审结果；
3．奖学金获得者与我校确认办理来华留学手续；
4．在线打印获奖证书；
5．按我校录取通知规定的时间入学报到。
五、申请截止日期（以北京时间为准）
2024年9月入学：学生申请截止日期为5月15日。
中外语言交流合作中心委托专家组集中评审：根据HSK、HSKK考分和级别，兼顾国别等因素择优资助，于入学前约3个月完成奖学金评审工作，公布评审结果。
六、关于在职中文教师和汉语桥获奖者
1．在职中文教师
在职中文教师申请各类奖学金，可提供就职机构出具的在职证明和推荐信，同等条件下优先录取。
2．汉语桥获奖者
在各类汉语桥比赛中获得“国际中文教师奖学金证书”者，登录国际中文教师奖学金网站，凭奖学金证书向我校提交申请材料。
七、资助内容及标准
国际中文教师奖学金资助内容包括：学费、住宿费、生活费和综合医疗保险费。
1．我校为学生提供校内宿舍，为双人间。
2．生活费按月发放。一学年研修生标准为2500元人民币/月。
3．综合医疗保险费参照中国教育部来华留学有关规定执行，由我校统一购买。
八、申请材料
1．护照照片页扫描件。
2．HSK、HSKK 成绩报告（有效期两年）扫描件。
3．推荐机构负责人的推荐信。
4.在职中文教师须附上就职机构出具的在职证明和推荐信。
5.未满 18 周岁的申请者，须提交在华监护人署名的委托证明文件。
6．《外国人体格检查表》。此表格由中国卫生检疫部门统一印制，须英文填写。申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查表》中要求的项目进行检查。缺项、未贴本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医师和医院签字盖章的《外国人体格检查表》无效。检查结果有效期为6个月。
7.申请者还须提供学校要求的其他证明材料。
九、其他
1.相关专业培养方案与教学课程，可咨询学校。
2.相关入学等事宜，请及时联系郑州航空工业管理学院。
3.入学体检不合格、中途退学、及未经许可不按时报到、休学等情况，取消奖学金资格。

Application Guide for International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship of
Zhengzhou University of Aeronautics in 2024
I. Overview of the Scholarship
The International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship (hereinafter referred to as the Scholarship) aims to facilitate Chinese language education in other countries. Confucius Institutes, independently operated Confucius Classrooms, certain HSK test centers, Chinese language (education) departments of foreign universities, professional associations for Chinese language instruction, Chinese embassies (consulates) abroad (hereinafter collectively referred to as “recommending institutions”) may recommend outstanding students and currently-employed Chinese language teachers for study of International Chinese Language Education or related majors at Chinese universities and colleges (hereinafter referred to as “host institutions”). The recommended institutions can be found at http://cis.chinese.cn, and applicants can apply at http://cis.chinese.cn.
II. Application requirements for Scholarship of Zhengzhou University of Aeronautics
a) Non-Chinese citizens;
b) Should be friendly to China, have no criminal record, and abide by the laws and regulations of the Chinese government and the rules and regulations of the school;
c) In good physical and mental conditions, and with a good record of academic performance and conduct;
d) Aspiring to work in the Chinese language education and related fields;
e) Aged between16 and 35 (as of 1 September, 2024), with the special allowance for the age limit of 45 for applicants currently working as Chinese language teachers.
III. Scholarship types and qualifications of Zhengzhou University of Aeronautics
Types：Scholarship for One-Academic-Year Program of Zhengzhou University of Aeronautics
Duration：The program commences in September 2024, and provides scholarship for a maximum of eleven months. International students who have benefited from similar scholarships are not eligible.
Qualifications：For the area of International Chinese Language Education, applicants shall have a minimum score of 270 on the HSK test (Level 3), and an HSKK test score is required.
For the areas of Chinese Language and Literature, applicants shall have a minimum score of 180 on the HSK test (Level 4) and 60 on the HSKK test (Intermediate Level).
For the area of Chinese Language Study, applicants shall have a minimum score of 210 on the HSK test (Level 3). Priority will be given to applicants who provide an HSKK test score.
IV. Application procedure to Apply Scholarship of Zhengzhou University of Aeronautics
Online registration will be available from 20 March, 2024 to May 10 on the International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship application website (cis.chinese.cn). Please log on to search for recommending institutions; upload application materials online; and track the application progress, comments and results. Scholarship holders need to confirm with the host institutions to go through the procedures of studying in China, print out the scholarship certificate online, and register at our university on the designated date as per the letter of admission.
V. Application Deadlines (Beijing Time) for Zhengzhou University of Aeronautics
For programs commencing in September, applicants must complete their applications before 15 May.
VI. Policies Regarding Currently Employed Chinese Language Teachers and Chinese Bridge Award Recipients
a) In-Service Chinese language teachers:
In-service Chinese teachers applying for various types of scholarships can provide proof of employment and letters of recommendation from their employing organizations, and will be given priority under the same conditions.
b) Chinese Bridge Winners:
Applicants who have received the International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship Certificate during Chinese Bridge competitions may submit their application documents along with their scholarship certificates to our university directly at the International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship website.
VII. Coverage and Criteria for International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship
The Scholarship of Zhengzhou University of Aeronautics provides full coverage on tuition fees, accommodation fees, living allowance (four-week study students excluded) and comprehensive medical insurance expenses.
a) Our university provides students with the on-campus dormitories, usually for a double room.
b) Living allowance is granted by host institutions on a monthly basis. The monthly allowance for undergraduates, one-academic-year study students and one-semester students is 2,500 CNY per person.
c) Comprehensive medical insurance is purchased by our university in accordance with relevant regulations of studying in China stipulated by the Ministry of Education of China.
VIII. Application Documents to Apply for Zhengzhou University of Aeronautics
a) A scanned copy of passport photo page;
b) A scanned copy of score reports of the HSK and HSKK tests (within the two-year validity);
c) A reference letter by the head of the recommending institutions;
d) In-service Chinese language teachers must attach a certificate of employment and a reference letter from the organization in which they are employed.
e) Applicants under the age of 18 shall provide certified documents of designation signed by their entrusted legal guardians in China.
f) Foreigner Physical Examination Form; The form is designed by the Chinese quarantine authority and can be obtained from the dispatching authority. The physical examinations must cover all of the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete forms or forms without the signature of the attending physician, or the official stamp of the hospital, or a sealed photograph of the applicant are invalid. Please carefully plan your physical examination schedule as the result is valid for only 6 months;
g) Applicants shall also provide additional documents required by the host institutions.
IX. Others
1. For related professional training programs and teaching courses, please consult the school.
2. Please contact Zhengzhou University of Aeronautics (ZUA) in time for enrollment and other matters.
3. Failure to pass the physical examination for admission, dropping out of the school, failing to report on time without authorization, or taking a break from the school will lead to disqualification for the scholarship.
