Good day. There are several ways for you:
1. discuss with the school teachers, check why you don't like the school, and try to overcome those problems if possible. But if you still want to leave the school, you can tell the teachers to prepare all your study documents, like full transcripts (till date), study certificate, good conduct. But before that, the current school teachers may required you to clear all fees.
2. find schools in Germany, or France. Both those countries required you to study the language, or the preparatory courses first.

And last point: it is not easy to make the transfer decision. You need to consider the fees, the programs in new schools, the new environment.
