Brief Introduction of Shijiazhuang Medical College

Shijiazhuang Medical College was founded in 1987, which is a full-time college approved by the Ministry of Education and charged by the Hebei Province Department of Education. It recruits students nationwide and has national recognized qualifications. The picturesque new campus of the college has elegant and quiet environment and convenient transportation.

The college is a high standard and modern instution of high learning with well-equipped facilities and well-structured teaching faculty. Our college covers an area of 1781 mu (118 hectares), and the floor area covers more than 848,000 square meters. It possesses 190 laboratories and training rooms of various disciplines whose total value is more than 1.4billion CNY, and the total value of teaching and scientific research instruments is over 152 million CNY. The library covers an area of 24,700 square meters, with 1.47 million collections and 14 electronic databases.

Altogether there are 1338 staffs and 16212 full-time vocational students at school. It obtains well-equipped facilities for life and entertainment: standard plastic playground, gymnasium, stadium, basketball and volleyball courts, three large campus canteens which could accommodate 10000 people at the same time, 28 standardized apartment buildings for students, supermarkets, school infirmary, campus banks and other facilities. The college has five departments, namely, Department of Medicine, Department of Nursing, Department of Stomatology, Department of Medicinal Medicine and Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine; two sections, the basic section and the foreign language section; two centers, the experimental center and information and education center; one library.

Currently, there are 15 majors: nursing, clinical medicine, stomatology, optometry technique, pharmacy, medical laboratory technology, medical imaging technology, medical nutrition, rehabilitation treatment technology, acupuncture and massage, medical cosmetic technology, medicine marketing, science of Chinese pharmacology and orthopedics of Chinese medicine. The college has 3 direct affiliated hospitals, 5 indirect affiliated hospitals, 26 teaching hospitals and 1 aged nursing home. It has established 126 practice and employment bases. 

The college was included in the 13th Five-Year Education Development Program of Hebei Province for upgrading from vocational school to regular college. The students and faculty of our college are actively preparing for the upgrade work and working hard to achieve this goal. We adopt effective measures to improve teaching quality and strengthen the connotation construction to improve our school-running level comprehensively and forge ahead along a sound and fast development path.

学校概况

石家庄医学高等专科学校始建于1987年，是国家教育部批准、河北省教育厅主管的一所全日制普通高校，面向全国招生，国家承认学历。学校新建校园，环境幽雅，风景如画，交通便利，是一所功能设施齐备、师资力量雄厚的高标准现代化高校。学校占地面积1781亩，建筑面积84.8万余平方米。

拥有各专业实验实训室190个，资产总值14亿元，教学科研仪器设备总值1.52亿余元；图书馆面积2.47万平方米，馆藏图书147万册、电子数据库14个。全校教职工1338人，全日制专科在校生16212人。学校生活、娱乐设施齐全，建有标准的塑胶运动场、体育馆和篮排球场；拥有容纳10000人同时就餐的三个大型校园餐厅，标准化学生公寓楼28栋，同时建有生活超市、浴池、校医院、校园银行等生活服务设施。

我校设有五系、二部、两个中心、一个图书馆，即医学系、护理系、口腔系、美视药系、中医系；基础部、外语部、实验中心及信息教育中心。目前开设有护理、临床医学、口腔医学、眼视光技术、药学、医学检验技术、医学影像技术、医学营养、康复治疗技术、针灸推拿、医学美容技术、医药营销、中药学、中医骨伤15个专业。学校拥有直属附属医院3所，非直属附属医院5所，教学医院26所，1所老年护理院。建立实习、就业基地126个。

2018年我校被纳入河北省专升本的“十三五教育发展规划”，全校上下正在为实现这一目标努力拼搏，积极筹备升本工作，切实采取有效措施提高教学质量，加强内涵建设，全面提高办学水平，朝着又好又快的发展道路开拓奋进。

申请时间:

入学时间为每年3月和9月，具体日期以录取通知书为准。3月入学者，须在1月31日前申请；9月入学者，须在7月31日前申请。申请材料汇总后，资格审查通过者，录取结果将通过电子邮件及时反馈给申请者，录取通知书、JW202表及注意事项随后寄发。

Application Time

Apply before 31^th January or 31^th July. The start time for the academic year is in March or  September. The specific date will be stated on the admission letter. The admission letter，JW202 form will be delivered to the qualified applicants. 

备注：在我校毕业成绩合格者，学校可为其申请天津医科大学、承德医学院等本科院校继续就读四年。
