 学校概况

I.  Introduction of Liupanshui Normal University

六盘水师范学院地处有“中国凉都”之称的贵州省六盘水市，是“省政府统筹协调管理，省教育厅直管”的全日制普通本科院校。2009年由六盘水师范高等专科学校升格为六盘水师范学院，2013年获得学士学位授予单位资格，2015年列为贵州省向应用型转型发展试点院校，2016年通过教育部本科教学工作合格评估。

Liupanshui Normal University is located in Liupanshui City of Guizhou Province, which is known as “the Cool City of China”. It is a full-time undergraduate university jointly built by provinces and cities. In 2009, it was upgraded from a teacher’s college to Liupanshui Normal University. In 2013, it obtained the qualification of bachelor’s degree-granting unit. In 2015, it was listed as a trial for application-oriented transformation university in Guizhou Province. In 2016, it passed the qualification assessment of undergraduate teaching work of the Ministry of Education.

学校占地面积1310亩，建筑面积近39.55万平方米，与明湖国家湿地公园融为一体，被誉为“贵州最美大学”。2014年被授予全省“安全文明校园”，2017年被评为“全省文明校园”。教学科研仪器设备总值1.59亿元，各类馆藏图书184余万册，全校教职工895人，其中正高94人，副高256人，博士118人，硕士465人，“双师双能”型教师112人。

The university (Liupanshui Normal University) covers an area of 1,310 acre with a building area of nearly 395,500 square meters. It is integrated with Minghu National Wetland Park and is honored as “the most beautiful university in Guizhou”. It was awarded “Safe and civilized Campus” in 2014 and “Provincial Civilized Campus” in 2017. The total value of teaching and scientific research equipment is 159 million yuan. The total collection of various books is more than 1.84 million. The university has 895 staff members, including 94 professors, 256 associate professors, 118 doctors and 465 masters and 112 teachers with “dual professional and dual ability”.

学校设有文学与新闻学院、数学与统计学院、物理与电气工程学院、生物科学与技术学院、马克思主义学院、外国语学院、化学与材料工程学院等16个二级学院，44个本科专业，涉及工学、教育学、理学等10个学科门类，部分专业实行大类招生。学校在俄罗斯、哈萨克斯坦、蒙古等10余个国家招收国际学生。

There are 9771 full-time students attended class in 44 undergraduate majors in 16 schools, including the School of Literature and Journalism, the School of Mathematics and Statistics, the School of Physics and Electrical Engineering, the School of Biological Science and Technology, the School of Marxism, the School of Foreign Languages, the School of Chemistry and Materials Engineering, covering 10 disciplines such as engineering, education and science. Some majors are enrolled in major categories. The school enrolls international students from more than 10 countries, including Kazakhstan, Russia and Mongolia.

近年来，承担国家级、省部级教育教学改革项目126次，获省级教育教学成果奖17项。在全国大学生各类竞赛活动中，获国家级奖项280余项，省部级奖项760余项，获授权专利8项。

In recent years, it has undertaken 126 national and provincial education and teaching reform projects and won 17 provincial education and teaching achievement awards. In various national college student competitions, it has won more than 280 national awards and more than 760 provincial and ministerial awards, and it has been granted 8 patents. 

站在新的历史起点上，学校将坚持以转型发展为主线，以内涵建设为核心，以改革创新为动力，大力实施“质量立校、人才强校、特色兴校、改革开放、文化引领、梯次推进”六大战略，认真履行人才培养、科学研究、社会服务、文化传承创新、国际交流合作五大职能，着力培养教师、工程师等应用型人才，构建多科性学科格局，为建成一所特色鲜明、部分学科专业在同类高校中有较大影响力的区域性高水平应用型大学而不懈努力。

Standing at a new historical starting point, the University (Liupanshui Normal University)will adhere to the transformation and development as the main line, the connotation construction as the core, with reform and innovation as the driving force, vigorously implement the six strategies of “building the University with quality, strengthening the university with talents, revitalizing the university with characteristics, reforming and opening up, cultural guidance, and echelon promotion”, earnestly fulfill the five functions of personnel training, scientific research, social service, cultural inheritance and innovation, and international exchange and cooperation. We will strive to cultivate applied talents such as teachers and engineers, build a multidisciplinary discipline pattern, and make unremitting efforts to build a regional high-level applied university with distinctive characteristics and some disciplines have greater influence among similar universities.

II.  Programs of Liupanshui Normal University

注：语言生在我校学习1年后，通过汉语水平考试达到HSK4级及以上，综合考评合格者根据学生意愿可在我校继续攻读本科专业。

l  Students who pass HSK 4 after taking part in non-degree Chinese Language Program are available to apply for undergraduate programs of our school.

Ⅳ.Expenses (RMB)of Studying at Liupanshui Normal University

1.Tuition（学费）：

3.  Textbooks Fee（书本费）: 500-600 yuan（500-600元，以学校教务处实际订购教材金额为准）

4.  Water and Electricity Charges（水电费）: Collected based on actual usage（以实际产生的费用为准）

Ⅴ. Application for Liupanshui Normal University

（一）申请资格

（I）Qualification

1. 原则须满18周岁（未满18岁的学生须提供父母的委托书，并为其指定在华担保人，提供担保书），语言生原则上不超过30岁，学历生原则上不超过25岁。

Age 18-30 for non-degree program, 18-25 for undergraduate programs. (Age under 18 who would like to apply for programs of the school shall be warranted by a Chinese citizen appointed by legal guardians);

2. 身心健康，持本国体检表（附中/英文翻译）。

Physically and mentally healthy(in both Chinese and English);

3. 本国无犯罪记录，愿意遵守中国的法律、法规、遵守六盘水师范学院的规章制度、尊重中国人的风俗习惯、遵守社会公德。

No criminal records; 

4. 高中毕业或以上学历。

Graduating from high school or above;

5. 学历生HSK4级及以上水平。

（二）申请材料

l  Application Materials to Apply Liupanshui Normal University

1.语言生（Non-degree Chinese Language Program）

申请人需准备以下材料，一式两份（The applicants are required to provide materials in duplicate as）：

（1）中外文个人简历（CV (In English and Chinese)

（2）国际学生申请表（Applicant Form of International Students）；

（3）护照扫描件（Scanned Copy of Passport）；

（4）中外文最高学历证明及成绩单的公证件（Notarized copy (with a Chinese Translated Version) of the certificate of the highest diploma obtained and school report）；

（5）本人两寸白底免冠照片（2张）（Identification photo in white background (2 copies)）；

（6）体检表及中/英文翻译件（Health form issued by hospital and a translated version in Chinese/English ）；

（7）无犯罪记录证明及中/英文翻译件（Certificate of No Criminal Record and a translated version in Chinese/English）；

（8）来黔摸底测评表（Evaluation form before attending school）；

（9）未满18岁的学生需提供父母的委托书及在华担保人的担保书（For students under Age 18, Letter of Attorney by legal guardians and Letter of Warrant by the warrantor appointed by legal guardians are also required）；

（10）国际学生经济担保书（Financial Sponsor Agreement for International Students）。

备注：以上材料一律不予退还。

2.学历生（Undergraduate Programs）

（7）申请人所在院校或单位的英文推荐信（Recommendations of previous school）；

（8）体检表及中/英文翻译件（Health form issued by hospital and a translated version in Chinese/English）；

（9）无犯罪记录证明及中/英文翻译件（Certificate of No Criminal Record and a translated version in Chinese/English）；

（10）来黔摸底测评表（Evaluation form before attending school）；

（11）未满18岁的学生需提供父母的委托书及在华担保人的担保书（For students under Age 18, Letter of Attorney by legal guardians and Letter of Warrant by the warrantor appointed by legal guardians are also required）；

（12）国际学生经济担保书（Financial Sponsor Agreement for International Students）。

（三）申请流程

l  Application Procedures for Liupanshui Normal University

1.申请者认真如实填写国际学生入学申请表

Fills in ‘Applicant Form of International Students’.

2.申请者将已填写好的申请表以及相关申请材料一并发送到六盘水师范学院，E-mail:[email protected]

Submit applicant form along with required application materials by email (Email Address: [email protected]).

3.被录取的申请者将收到《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》（JW202表）和《六盘水师范学院录取通知书》

After being enrolled, the applicant will receive ‘Visa Application for Study in China’ (JW 202) and ‘Admission Letter of Liupanshui Normal University’.

4.被录取者持《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》（JW202）和《六盘水师范学院录取通知书》，到中国驻外大使馆或领事馆申请来华学习签证（X签证；国际学生携带《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》（JW202）和《六盘水师范学院录取通知书》，按通知书上的日期准时来校报到、注册、交费

The applicants apply for Visa X of China and register in time.

（一）关于入学注册

l  About Enrollment of Liupanshui Normal University

1. 入学注册时需要提交什么材料（Materials for enrollment）？

所有学生须在指定的日期，携带好相关材料到国际教育学院注册入学。

Students are required to submit the following materials to the School of International Education in the set time.

（1） 录取通知书原件（Admission Letter of Liupanshui Normal University）；

（2）《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》（JW202表）原件（Visa Application for Study in China (JW 202)）；

（3）学校指定医院的体检报告（Health Report issued by the assigned hospital）；

（4）护照原件（Passport）；

（5）学历学位证书及成绩单原件（及中/英文翻译件）（Certificate of the highest diploma obtained and school report and translated version in Chinese/English）；

（6）无犯罪记录证明原件（及中/英文翻译件）（Certificate of No Criminal Record and a translated version in Chinese/English）。

2. 如何支付学费（Payment）？

学费和其他费用在注册入学后第一个月内使用银联或现金支付（不接受外币、支票、信用卡支付）。

Tuition and accommodation expense are required to be paid within the first month. Payment: Union pay card/cash (Foreign currency, check and credit card are not accepted).

（二）关于签证申请

l  About Visa

1．签证类型（Type of Visa）？

在六盘水师范学院学习六个月及以上的申请人需持有来华学习签证（X签证）。

Students who study in China for no less than 6 months are required to apply for X-visa）.

2．如何申请中国的学习签证（How to apply for study visa in China）？

一旦申请被受理，申请人将会收到六盘水师范学院录取通知书和《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》。申请人可向其所在国的中国大使馆或总领事馆提出签证申请。

Students who are enrolled by the school can apply for visa in Chinese embassy or consulate with Admission Letter and JW202.

3．在申请人所在国申请签证需要哪些文件（Materials in applying for Visa）？

（1）本人有效护照（Valid Passport）；

（2）大学录取通知书原件（Original Copy of Admission Letter of Liupanshui Normal University）；

（3）《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》（Visa Application for Study in China (JW 202)）；

（4）必要时，需向申请人所在国的中国大使馆或总领事馆提交所需的特殊材料（Other materials that are required by the Chinese embassy or consulate）。

注：签证成功后，请确保护照、录取通知书和《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》都交回本人手上。

Tips: After applying the visa successfully, please make sure your passport and JW 202 are returned to you.

4．签证申请价格（Charge for Visa）？

签证申请的价格可向中国大使馆询问。

Please consult the Chinese embassy or consulate in your country.

5．申请人能为其父母申请陪同签证吗？

Is it allowed for parents apply for accompanying visa？

不能。国际学生的陪同签证对象仅限于配偶。

No. Only Spouses are qualified to apply for accompanying visa.

6．需要在申请人国家进行体检吗？

Is medical examination required before studying in China？

除了学习时间少于6个月（一学期）的留学生和当地中国大使馆特许留学生之外，其余留学生都必须在来中国之前进行体检。

Yes. All students are required to receive a medical examination by hospital except from students who study for less than 6 months and students with special permission by local Chinese embassy.

（三）关于奖学金申请

l  About scholarship of Liupanshui Normal University

申请奖学金时间：申请人（学历生）可以在入学后的次年3月到5月提交申请，详情请直接与学校国际教育学院咨询。

Students who study in Liupanshui Normal University are available to apply for scholarship in the next year during March to May. For further information, please contact the School of International Education.

（四）其它问题

l  Other questions

1．关于接机（接站）服务（Pick-up service ）

学校在上班时间提供接机（接站）服务，非上班时间请自行来校。

Pick-up service are provided during the enrollment time; For non-enroll time, students can only come to school by self.

2．关于餐饮服务（Dining）

六盘水师范学院食堂：中心食堂（朝阳校区）；龙山食堂（龙山校区）。

Two Dining Halls: Central Canteen (Chaoyang Campus), Longshan Canteen (Longshan Campus).

3．关于校园卡服务（School Card）

校园卡相当于学生证，可用于学校内的餐饮，图书借阅，购买热水，办理上网等。

The School card can be used as a student ID card, which can be used for dining, library, Internet access, etc.

4．关于银行服务（Bank）

学校设有中国建设银行、中国农业银行、中国银行取款机（CCB, ABC, BOC on campus）。

5. 关于交通站点（Traffic）
