Notice on the addition of the home-based online HSK test outside China 2022

中文水平系列考试是为母语非中文者设立的一项国际中文能力标准化考试，为中文学习者提供科学有效的中文水平证明。受疫情影响，于2020年4月启动中文居家网考，为考生如期留学、毕业、求职等提供了便利。截至目前，已有10余万人参加，获得各界一致好评。

为进一步满足疫情期间中文学习者参加HSK（笔试、口试）、YCT、BCT等中文系列考试需求，经研究决定，2022年上半年增加2月27日、3月12日、4月23日、6月25日四次考试日期，面向国外开设居家网考服务。现将有关事项通知如下：

The Chinese proficiency test series is an international standardized Chinese Proficiency Test for non Chinese native speakers, which provides scientific and effective proof of Chinese proficiency for Chinese learners.

Affected by the epidemic, the Chinese home online test was launched in April 2020, which provided convenience for candidates to study abroad, graduate and apply for jobs as scheduled. Up to now, more than 100000 people have participated and won unanimous praise from all walks of life.

In order to further meet the needs of Chinese learners to participate in HSK (written and oral examination), YCT, BCT and other Chinese series examinations during the epidemic period, it is decided through research that four examination dates will be added in the first half of 2022: February 27, March 12, April 23 and June 25, and home online examination services will be opened for foreign countries. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

一、面向人群

I. Candidates oriented for home-based online HSK test outside China

1.考生本人所在国家尚未恢复常规HSK笔试和口试、YCT、BCT考试的。

1. The candidate’s country has not resumed the routine HSK written test, oral test, YCT and BCT test.

2.考生请咨询所在国家或地区的考点完成报名工作，考点信息请登录汉语考试服务网www.chinesetest.cn，在全球考点信息中查询。

Candidates should consult the examination center in their country or region to complete the registration. For the information of the examination center, please log in to the Chinese examination service website www.chinesetest.com.cn, query in the global examination center information.

二、报名要求

II. Registration requirements

报名前请确保考试设备和环境符合要求，考生需准备一台电脑和一部手机/平板，电脑用来作答试题，手机/平板用来辅助监考。

Please ensure that the test equipment and environment meet the requirements before registration. Candidates need to prepare a computer and a mobile phone / tablet. The computer is used to answer the test questions, and the mobile phone / tablet is used to assist the invigilation.

1. 有一台安装了Windows（7/10）操作系统的考试电脑，要求如下：

（1）考试系统不支持在MAC OS操作系统下运行，不建议使用MAC电脑；

（2）屏幕分辨率须为1366*768或以上；

（3）自带或外接独立摄像头，像素30万以上，房间光线充足，摄像清晰；

（4）配有有线耳机，放音清楚，隔音效果好。口试需要录音、须准备麦克风、耳机，要求录音清楚，隔音效果好。

注意：考试无法在手机、平板等移动设备上进行；考试期间不允许使用蓝牙设备，不允许USB口外接存储设备，比如U盘、无线接收器等设施；

1. There is an examination computer installed with windows (7 / 10) operating system. The requirements are as follows:

(1) The examination system does not support running under Mac OS operating system, and it is not recommended to use Mac computer;

(2) The screen resolution must be 1366 * 768 or above;

(3) Self contained or external independent camera with more than 300000 pixels, sufficient light in the room and clear camera;

(4) Equipped with wired headphones, the playback is clear and the sound insulation effect is good. The oral test needs to be recorded. Microphones and headphones shall be prepared. The recording shall be clear and the sound insulation effect shall be good.

Note: the test cannot be conducted on mobile devices such as mobile phones and tablets; During the examination, it is not allowed to use Bluetooth devices and USB port external storage devices, such as USB flash disk, wireless receiver and other facilities;

2. 有一台带摄像头的手机作为辅助监考设备，下载所报名考点指定的监考软件。

（1）考试开始前1个小时进入指定会议室，并将手机置于左后方或右后方1米位置，满足主考老师能看到电脑屏幕和考生本人；

（2）由主考老师通过指定的监考软件360度查看每个考生的考试环境；

（3）考生需要将手机开启“飞行模式”并连接WIFI网络；

（4）摄像手机需有充足电源保证整个考试过程不关机。

2. There is a mobile phone with a camera as an auxiliary invigilator to download the invigilator software designated by the registered examination site.

(1) Enter the designated exam room one hour before the test, and place the mobile phone at the left rear or one meter behind the right rear, so that the examiner can see the computer screen and the candidate himself;

(2) The examiner can view the examination environment of each candidate 360 degrees through the designated invigilator software;

(3) Candidates need to turn on the mobile phone “flight mode” and connect to WiFi network;

(4) The camera phone needs to have sufficient power supply to ensure that the whole examination process does not turn off.

3. 网络带宽20M、网速需达到150KB/s及以上；考试期间请关闭其它与考试无关应用，使用直连网络进入考试；

4. 考试环境：考试应在安全、封闭、无干扰的房间中独立进行，禁止在公园、网吧、餐厅等开放场所进行。电脑、键盘等考试用品必须放在桌面上，考试过程中房间禁止他人出入，考场内不能有任何考试禁止物品出现。一旦违反考试纪律，考试成绩将无效。

4. Test environment: The test shall be conducted independently in a safe, closed and undisturbed room. It is forbidden to conduct the test in parks, Internet cafes, restaurants and other open places. Computers, keyboards and other exam supplies must be placed on the desk. No one is allowed to enter or leave the room during the exam. In case of any violation of the examination rules, the examination result will be invalid.

5. 不得跨国报名，一经发现，成绩无效。例如：报考美国考点居家网考的考生，考试当天考生须在美国境内。

5. International registration is not allowed. Once found, the results will be invalid. For example, candidates who want to take the ibT at a U.S. test center must be in the United States on the test day.

6. 居家网考需要同时参加HSK笔试和口试考试，相关级别对应如下：

HSK3级参加口试初级

HSK4级参加口试中级

HSK5-6级参加口试高级

注意：口试初级和中级开考时间有变，请以准考证上的时间为准。

6. The home online test needs to take HSK written test and oral test at the same time. The corresponding levels are as follows:

HSK level 3 takes oral examination for primary level

HSK level 4 takes intermediate oral test

HSK level 5-6 oral examination advanced

Note: the opening time of the primary and intermediate oral examination has changed. Please refer to the time on the admission ticket.

7.报名前请务必确认是否符合以上条件，如报名交费后发现不符合居家网考环境、设备和各项条件的，考试服务费不予退还。

注意：

（1）居家网络考试无需使用稿纸笔记，考试期间禁用纸张、电子设备等一切物品抄写记录试题；

（2）为保障考试运营安全，考生所在国家的考点可能需要向您收集考试相关信息，包括：姓名、照片、证件信息及考试期间监控音视频记录等。我们只会在法律允许的范围内存储（当地服务器）和使用这些类型的个人信息。

7. Please confirm whether the above conditions are met before signing up. If you find that the environment, equipment and various conditions of home online examination are not met after signing up and paying the fee, the examination service fee will not be refunded.

Notice:

(1) There is no need to use paper notes for home online examination. All items such as paper and electronic equipment are prohibited to copy and record test questions during the examination;

(2) In order to ensure the safety of test operation, the test center in the candidate’s country may need to collect test related information from you, including name, photo, certificate information and monitoring audio and video records during the test. We will only store (local servers) and use these types of personal information to the extent permitted by law.

三、报名与交费

1.登录汉语考试服务网www.chinesetest.cn选择进行网上报名。考生报名时请选择本人所在国家开放居家网考的考点进行报名。报名前请咨询当地考点了解考试形式。

1. Log in to www.chinesetest.com.cn to register online. When registering, candidates should choose the test center that is open to home online test in their country to register. Please consult the local examination center for the examination form before registration.

3.自2022年1月1日起，对居家网考考试服务费用做如下调整：

（1）HSK笔试和口试、YCT、BCT等居家考试服务费标准在当地常规汉语考试服务费基础上上浮30%；

（2）对HSK笔试3-6级和口试合并实施居家网考的考点给予优惠：合并级别考试服务费按原笔试+口试服务费执行，不再上浮。

3. From January 1, 2022, the home online examination service fee will be adjusted as follows:

(1) The service fees for HSK written and oral tests, YCT, BCT and other home tests will be increased by 30% on the basis of the service fees for local conventional Chinese tests;

(2) Preferential treatment will be given to the test sites where HSK written test level 3-6 and oral test are combined to implement home online test: the service fee of the combined level test will be implemented according to the original written test + oral test service fee, and will not rise.

四、考试形式

考生通过个人电脑登录汉语考试网考系统客户端进行作答，考试全程由所报名考点的主监考老师进行远程实时监考。

Candidates log in to the client of the online Chinese examination system through their personal computer to answer. The main invigilator of the registered examination site will conduct remote real-time invigilation throughout the examination.

五、成绩查询及成绩报告

V. Score query and score report

HSK、YCT、BCT考试结束10日后,HSK口试考试结束25日后（遇节假日顺延），考生可以登录汉语考试服务网www.chinesetest.cn或通过公众号菜单栏的“微查询”小程序，输入准考证号码和姓名查询成绩。成绩报告自口试成绩公布之日起开放打印和额外成绩报告申请。

10 days after the end of HSK, YCT or BCT test, and 25 days after the end of HSK Oral Test (postponed in case of holidays), candidates can log on to www.chinesetest.cn or enter their admission ticket number and name through the “Micro Query” mini program in the menu bar of the official account to check their scores. Print-out and application for additional grade reports will be open from the date of publication.
