Northeast Agricultural University (hereinafter referred to as NEAU), located in the city of Harbin, is a key university of Heilongjiang province and is listed in the national “211 Project” and the First-class discipline construction universities in China. NEAU includes 17 colleges and 1 teaching department. There are 10 post-doctoral research stations, 2 post-doctoral work stations, 12 first level Ph.D. disciplines, 21 first level master disciplines, 3 Ph.D. professional degrees, 18 master professional degrees and 75 undergraduate majors, covering the disciplines of Agronomy, Engineering, Science, Economics, Management,Literature and so on.

申请资格 Eligibility

1.申请人须为非中国籍公民；

Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens with a valid passport.

2.身体健康状况符合国家规定的体检要求；

Applicants should be in healthy physical condition.

3来华攻读学士学位者，须已获得高中毕业证；

来华攻读硕士学位者，须已获得学士学位且年龄不超过35周岁；

来华攻读博士学位者，须已获得硕士学位且年龄不超过40周岁；

Education background and age limit:

– Applicants for bachelor’s degree studies must have high school’s diploma.

– Applicants for master’s degree studies must have bachelor’s degree and be under the age of 35.

– Applicants for doctoral degree studies must have master’s degree and be under the age of 40.

申请材料Application Materials

1.经过公证的最高学历证明/在学证明（中文或英文）；

The certified/notarized copy of highest degree’ s diploma / certificate of schooling (in Chinese or English).

2.经过公证的成绩单（中文或英文）；

The certified/notarized copy of highest academic transcript (undergraduate level and above, if any, in Chinese or English)

3.来华学习和研究计划，不少于800字，用中文或英文书写(仅硕士和博士研究生项目申请者提交）；

A study or research plan in Chinese or in English, which shall no less than 800 words.(Master and Ph.D. only)

4推荐信两封(学科领域内教授或副教授开具）；

Two recommendation letters by professors or associate professors.

5.护照（申请人的护照有效期应晚于2025年9月）；

Passport.(The expiry date of your passport must be no earlier than September, 2025)

6.《外国人体格检查记录》(复印件，原件自行保留)：此表格须用英文或中文填写，检查结果有效期为6个月，请申请人据此确定本人进行体检的时间；

Photocopy of Foreigner Physical Examination Form filled in English. The medical examinations results are valid for 6 months. All applicants are kindly requested to take this factor into consideration while determining the time to take this medical examination.

7.语言水平证明（中文和英文）；申请汉语授课专业，需提供有效期内的HSK4证书；申请英文授课专业，要求提供英语能力证明：托福95分以上或雅思6.5分及以上。英语为母语或通用语的申请者无需提供英语能力证明。（仅学历生申请者提供）

Proof of Language Proficiency( Chinese or English)；Applicants who apply for Chinese taught majors must provide a valid HSK4 certificate. For English-taught applicants whose native language or lingua franca is not English, they should submit an English-proficiency score, a score of at least 95 on the TOEFL Internet-based exam or 6.5 on the IELTS.（Only offered to students applying academic degrees ）

8.发表过的学术论文或学术成果（如有可附）；

Published academic papers and academic achievements (not compulsory).

9.导师同意接收函（如有可附）。申请人可积极与导师联系获取接收函。未能获得导师接收函的申请人也可提交申请，通过考核后，学院将协助申请人联系导师。

1.奖学金类型 Types of Scholarships

国别项目Type-A

通过中国驻外使领馆申请，申请时间一般为每年11月到次年6月，请提前查询。在申请院校的第一志愿选择“东北农业大学”。可通过Email联系我校，申请预录取通知书。

Applications can be made through Chinese embassies and consulates abroad, with the application period generally lasting from November each year to June of the following year In the first choice of the application school, select “Northeast Agricultural University”. You can contact our school via Email to apply for a pre-admission letter.

注：本科生仅可申请Type-A奖学金，且预录取后须参加线上学业水平测试。

Undergraduate students are only eligible to apply for Type-A scholarships, and they are required to take an online academic proficiency test after pre-admission.

通过东北农业大学申请，申请时间为11月至次年6月15日。其中“高水平研究生”项目截止时间为3月15日。
