景德镇学院是一所公办多科性全日制普通本科院校，坐落在全国历史文化名城、中国优秀旅游城市、世界闻名的千年瓷都——江西省景德镇市。2019年9月学校将整体搬迁至山水相融，环境优美，人文底蕴深厚，交通便利，区位优势明显的浮梁新校区。新校区占地面积2028亩，建筑面积32万平方米。
Jingdezhen University is a public multi-disciplinary full-time general undergraduate university,whichislocated in the national famous historical and cultural city, China’s excellent tourist city, the world-famous Millennium porcelain capital – Jingdezhen City, JiangxiProvince.In September 2019, the university will be relocated toFuliangnew campus with beautiful environment, profound humanities, convenient transportation and obvious locationadvantages.The new campus covers an area of 2028 mu with a construction area of 320,000 squaremeters.

In order to meet the needs of local economic and social development, the university has constructed a multi-disciplinary and coordinated development professional system based on Teacher Education and with ceramic art as its dominant specialty, serving the industry chains of “automobile, aviation, ceramics, tourism” and “3+1+X” inJingdezhen.The university has 28 undergraduate majors, covering eight disciplines such as engineering, science, literature, law, management, pedagogy, history, art and soon.
学校现有实验实训中心6个，共120个实验室，有稳定的校外实习、实训基地99个，全日制在校生近10000人，面向全国29个省招生。
The university (Jingdezhen University) has six experimental and training centers, totaling 120 laboratories. There are 99 stable off-campus practice and training bases. There are nearly 10,000 full-time students in the university. The students are enrolled in 29 provinces throughout thecountry.

Jingdezhen university is an important window and platform for the world to understand Jingdezhen ceramic culture. Relying on Jingdezhen’s profound historical and cultural heritage, the university successfully declared the UNESCO Chairman of “Ceramic Culture: Protection and Innovation” in 2016 and was approved by the Ministry of Education in 2018 as the first batch of excellent traditional Chinese cultural and ceramic cultural heritage bases. In cooperation with the Institute of Botany, Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Key Laboratory of Biodiversity of Characteristic Resources in Jiangxi Province was established in theuniversity.

II. Programs of Jingdezhen University for Applicants
我校所有中文授课专业均对留学生开放。所有申请者只可填报一个专业，被录取后，原则上不能更改专业。可以根据学业完成情况申请提前或延期毕业。
Every single program in Chinese is open to international students. Every applicant is allowed to apply for only one of those programs. In principle, applicants are not permitted to change their majors after being admitted. However, they can apply to graduate in advance or extend their study period base on the conditions of their studies

III.Application Materials to Apply Jingdezhen University
《国际学生入学申请表》，用中文或英文填写。

护照照片；
Passportphoto.
护照复印件（带照片页），已在中国境内者还需提供本次入境的有效签证或居留许可的复印件；
Photocopy of passport (the page with photo). For those applicants who are in China, they are required to provide the photocopy of their validvisasthat allow their entrance and the photocopy of their staypermit.
最高学历成绩单（中文或英文公证件）。
Transcripts of highest education (with notarial certificate in Chinese or inEnglish).
最高学历证明（中文/英文）
Proof of highest academic qualification (In Chinese or inEnglish)
汉语水平考试(本科HSK-4)证书或英语水平证书（来自英语非母语国家的学生申请英文授课专业时需要提供）或中学阶段授课语言证明。
HSK certificate (HSK-4 for undergraduate program applicants) or certificates that prove English proficiency (for applicants from non-English speaking countries who wish to apply for programs in English) or documents that can prove the instructing language of applicants’ secondaryeducation.
经济能力证明；
Financial certificate.
8）近六个月内的《外国人体格检查记录》，须用中文或英文填写。
Physical examination record for foreigners within six months, this document needs to be filled out in Chinese or inEnglish.

Other relevantmaterials
录取信息将以电子邮件的形式通知申请人。招办收到申请材料后，两周 左右告知材料是否合格；材料初审合格后，招办于 4-7周后告知录取结果。
The application results will be sent to applicants through email. It takes approximately two weeks for the admission office to inform applicants whether the application materials meet the requirements after it receives applicants’ application. After the preliminary screening, it will take four to seven weeks for the admission office to announce the applicationresults.
录取通知书可当面领取或邮寄学生本人。
TheNotification ofAcceptance will be mailed to successful applicants, or they can obtain it in person at the admissionoffice.

V. Time for Enrollment of Jingdezhen University
International students will be enrolled at the beginning of every October, the exact time for enrollment will be published on the Notification ofAcceptance.

八、医疗保险
中国教育部规定，来华留学生必须购买中国大陆境内保险公司医疗保险。留学生可在报到前进行网上支付，或者于报到注册时购买医疗保险。对于没有购买所要求的医疗保险者，学校将不予办理注册手续。
VIII. Medical Insurance
According to the regulation of the Ministry of Education of China, international students who come to study in China have to purchase medical insurance sold by insurance companies in China Mainland. International students can pay the insurance online before their registrations, or purchase insurance during their registrations. For those who do not purchase required medical insurance, their registration will not be issued.
九、关于签证
被录取的学生可持录取通知书和来华学习签证申请表（JW201/202）到中国使馆申请X1字签证，在抵达中国后30天内须持X1签证办理学习类居留许可。若录取人已经持有有效签证，请在录取后与留学生办公室联系。
IX. Aboutvisa
Admitted international students can apply for X1 visa in embassy or consulates of China with their Notification of Acceptance and Visa Application Form (JW201/202). After arriving at China, international students have to apply for stay permit with their X1 visa within 30 day. If an international student who is admitted already has a valid visa, then he/she needs to contact Office of International Students after being admitted.
