一、学院简介
琼台师范学院坐落于海南省会城市—海口，学校前身为创办于1705年的琼台书院，是海南历史最悠久的官办学府，是海南近代教育的开端。琼台师范学院是海南省人民政府举办的全日制公办本科院校，是海南省唯一一所以培养小学、幼儿师资为主的师范院校。学校有府城、桂林洋两个校区，校园面积71万m²， 建筑面积36万m²。学校现有12个学院，29个本科专业，专任教师976人，在校生12000多人。学校拥有国家语言文字基地1个，省级重点实验室/基地4个，省级教学示范中心2个，校级科研平台16个，校级实验（训）室204个，配套设施完备。
琼台师范学院于2004年开始招收国际学生，与多所国外高校建立校际合作，先后与俄罗斯、哈萨克斯坦、美国、英国、马来西亚多个国家和地区开展了形式多样的学术交流活动。汉语言文学、计算机科学与技术等5个专业招收国际学生，有200余名学生赴国外高校进行交流学习或参加学历提升项目。目前学校加入《中美人才培养计划》121双学位项目，国际合作与交流跨出坚实步伐。
海南省现已开通跨海铁路和环岛高铁。学校桂林洋校区距海口美兰国际机场、高铁站（美兰站）仅10分钟车程，地理位置优越，交通便利，且地处海南自由贸易港海口江东新区，享优越的区位优势，邻近多个高新技术企业，具备丰富的校地、校企合作资源。欢迎世界各地的国际学生前来琼台师范学院学习。
Qiongtai Normal University is located in Haikou, the capital city of Hainan Province. It was，formerly known as Qiongtai Academy, founded in 1705, the oldest official school in Hainan and the beginning of modern education in Hainan. Qiongtai Normal University is a full-time public undergraduate institution run by the Hainan Provincial People’s Government, and it is the only normal university in Hainan Province that focuses on cultivating primary school and kindergarten teachers. The university has two campuses——Fucheng Campus and Guilinyang Campus, covering a total area of 710,000 square meters. Currently, the university has 12 colleges, 29 undergraduate majors, 976 full-time teachers, and more than 12,000 students. The university boasts National Language Base, four provincial key laboratories, two provincial teaching demonstration centers, 16 university-level research platforms, and 204 university-level laboratories/training centers, with complete supporting facilities.
Qiongtai Normal University began admitting international students in 2004 and has established inter-school cooperation with many foreign universities. It has conducted various forms of academic exchange activities with Russia, Kazakhstan, the United States, the United Kingdom, Malaysia, and other countries and regions. Five majors, including Chinese Language and Literature, Computer Science and Technology, recruit international students. More than 200 students have gone to foreign universities for exchange studies or for degrees. Currently, the university has joined the “Sino-US Talent Training Program” 121-double degree project, marking a solid step forward in international cooperation and exchange.
Hainan Province has now cross-sea railways and island-circling high-speed rail. The Guilinyang campus of the university is only a 10-minute drive from Haikou Meilan International Airport and the Meilan high-speed rail station, enjoying a superior geographical location and convenient transportation. Located in Haikou Jiangdong New Area of Hainan Free Trade Port, the campus enjoys location advantages, is adjacent to many high-tech enterprises, and has abundant resources for university-industry cooperation.

1. 汉语进修班：
l 学生护照扫描件；
l 入学申请表；
l 已公证的毕业证件；
l 体检表。
2. 学历生：
l 入学申请表；
l 本人护照扫描件；
l 经过公证的最高学历证书：如申请人为在校学生或已就业，需另外提交本人就读学校出具的在学证明或就
业单位出具的在职证明；如不是中文或英文文本的，则需附上经公证的相应的中文或英文；
l 经过公证的高中学习成绩单（翻译为中文或英文）和HSK成绩单；
l 《外国人体格检查记录》（由中国卫生检疫部门统一印制）；
l 提交来华学习或研修计划。
3. 申请海南省政府奖学金增加以下材料
l 《海南省政府国际学生奖学金申请表》；
l 推荐信2封；
l 无犯罪记录证明。

1. Application documents for Chinese language training

2. Application documents for undergraduate majors
l Application Form for International Students Admission to Qiongtai Normal University；
l Passport；
l Notarized education qualifications or credentials: students or employees should provide proof of student status or employment. All of the documents should be translated into Chinese or English and notarized；
l Notarized academic transcripts and HSK transcript；
l Physical Examination Form for Foreigner (Issued by Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine, the People’s Republic of China)；
l Study or research plan.
3. Application documents for Hainan Government Scholarship shall add the following materials:
l Application Form for Hainan Government Scholarship;
l Two Recommendation letters;
l Notary Certificate of No Criminal Convictions.

四、其他费用
1. 基本教材费：约400元/人·年，按实际情况收取
2. 住宿押金：约1000元/人，退宿时如无物品损坏则返还
备注：签证费、体检费、综合保险费由学生自行向相关部门缴纳，水电费等由学生自付。
IV. Other fees:
1. Teaching material fees: approximately 400 yuan per person per year, according to actual needs.
2. Lodging deposit: approximately 1000 yuan per person. If there is no damage to any items during checkout, the
deposit will be refunded.
Note: Visa fees, physical examination fees, and comprehensive insurance fees are to be paid by students
themselves to the relevant departments. Utilities such as water and electricity expenses are also to be paid by
students themselves.
五、入学时间
琼台师范学院每学年分春、秋两个学期，秋季学期是新学年的开始，一般从9月开始至次年1月，春季学期一般
从3月开始至7月。
1. 汉语进修生：具备一定汉语基础的学生，可以随时报名，入学后经过测试与面试再编入相应的班级学习。零起
点的语言生，不可以插班学习及随时报名。
春季报名截止时间：12月31日
春季报到时间：2月26—28日，3月1日上课
秋季报名截止时间：6月30日
秋季报到时间：8月29—30日，9月1日上课
2.学历教育生：秋季入学，报名截止时间为6月30日，8月29-30日报到，9月1日上课。
V. Enrollment Time
Qiongtai Normal University has two semesters per academic year: spring and autumn. The autumn semester marks the beginning of a new academic year, generally starting from September and ending in January of the following year. The spring semester usually begins in March and ends in July.
1. Students for Chinese language training: Students with a certain foundation in Chinese can enroll at any time.
After enrollment, they will undergo testing and interviews before being assigned to appropriate classes for study.
Students who are starting from scratch are not allowed to enroll mid-semester or at any time.
Deadline for Spring Enrollment: December 31st
Spring Registration Period: February 26th to 28th, classes begin on March 1st
Deadline for Autumn Enrollment: June 30th
Autumn Registration Period: August 29th to 30th, classes begin on September 1st
2. Degree-seeking Students: Enrollment is in the autumn semester. The deadline for registration is June 30th.
Registration is from August 29th to 30th, and classes begin on September 1st.
六、入学流程
1. 入学申请。将申请材料发到邮箱[email protected] 。
2. 入学资格审核。学校组织相关工作人员对申请材料进行资格审核，确定拟录取人员，并发放录取通知书。
3. 缴纳学费。学生收到录取通知书扫描件后应把学费缴纳到学校指定的账户。

4. 办理签证申请。学校工作人员协助学生向政府相关部门提交签证申请（JW202 表），申请成功后及时给学生寄出原件。
5. 办理签证手续。学生持入学通知书、JW202 表、健康证明书和个人护照到中国大使馆或总领事馆办理签证手续。
6. 入学报到。请持入学通知书、个人护照原件、护照照片 8 张等相关材料报到，并缴纳住宿费及其他相关费用。
VI. Enrollment Process
1. Enrollment Application: Submit application materials to the email address [email protected].
2. Qualification Review: The school will organize relevant staff to review the application materials, determine the
proposed admitted students, and issue an enrollment notification.
3. Tuition Payment: After receiving the scanned copy of the enrollment notification, students should pay the tuition fees to
the designated account of the school.

4. Visa Application: School staff will assist students in submitting visa applications (JW202 form) to relevant government departments. After successful application, the original document will be promptly mailed to the student.
5. Visa Processing: Students must hold their enrollment notification, JW202 form, health certificate, and personal passport to apply for a visa at the Chinese Embassy or Consulate-General.
6. Registration: register with the enrollment notification, original personal passport, 8 passport photos, and other relevant materials. Also, please pay the accommodation fees and other related expenses.
