Shanghai University of Political Science and Law2025年中国政府奖学金高水平研究生项目招生简章学校简介上海政法学院始建于1984年，坐落于中国上海，位于风景秀丽的佘山国家旅游度假区，占地面积1000余亩，被誉为“佘山北麓的花园学府”。现有全日制在校学生11000余人。学校教学科研设施完备，现有专业实验室、实训室35个，大学生校外实践基地300余个，其中法学教育实践基地为国家级大学生校外实践教育基地。学校于2011年、2015年连续两次被评为“全国文明单位”，9次荣获“上海市文明单位”称号，连续六次荣获“上海市安全文明校园”称号，是教育部“国防教育特色学校”、上海市“依法治校示范校”、上海市“花园单位”。学校坚持以学科建设引领发展。法学学科是上海市一流学科、高原学科，形成了国际法学、行政法学、监狱学、犯罪学、环境与资源保护法学、国际政治、马克思主义中国化等一批特色学科（方向），有的在上海乃至全国处于领先地位；着力打造国家安全学、人工智能法学、纪检监察学等新兴学科和城市治理法治保障、“一带一路”司法、“一带一路”安全与反恐研究等特色学科方向 -
