Federal Minister of Education and Professional Training of Pakistan has tweeted today at 10:17 AM (PST) that the government is addressing the worries of Pakistani students, who are enrolled in Chinese universities and unable to get back to China.
Pakistani students to travel back to China
Recently, in a meeting of the Ministry of Federal Education Pakistan discussed an issue of Pakistani students who are not able to return to China and stranded in Pakistan after the outbreak of the Covid-19 Pandemic.
During the meeting ministry emphasis on facilitating students for their studies resumption in China’s on universities campuses while keeping in mind Covid-19 restrictions in China.

As China continuing its Zero-Tolerance Policy on Coronavirus & importantly quick spread Covid-19 Delta Variant turned it tougher.
During the meeting held at Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training, Which was chaired by the Federal Minister of Pakistan Shafqat Mehmood, has decided that the issue of Pakistani Students return to China would be discussed in an upcoming special meeting between Chinese Ambassador to Pakistan and Minister for Education.
In an upcoming important meeting off both Government preventative possible ways of facilitation of the Pakistani students return to China will be discussed or conveyed.
It has been noticed that a registration portal for Pakistani students has collected data on more than 5800 Paki students, who wanted to get back to their universities in China. There are an estimated more than 7000 Paki students are stranded since pandemic hit.
Government of Pakistan is taking all necessary steps and making efforts through its relevant ministries and institutions on return of its students to China.
