1. Applicants who have one of the following circumstances must hold a valid foreign passport or nationality certificate for at least 4 years, and have resided abroad for at least 2 years in the past 4 years (before April 30 of the enrollment year) before submitting their application as an international student:

有以下情况之一的申请者，必须持有效的外国护照或国籍证明文件4年（含）以上，且最近4年（截至入学年度的4月30日前）之内在国外实际居住2年以上，方可作为国际学生提交申请：

（1）Born in Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, Macao or Taiwan, and acquired foreign nationality.

出生在中国大陆（内地）、香港、澳门和台湾，并获得外国国籍

（2）If both parents (or one of them) are Chinese citizens and reside in a foreign country, the applicant himself/herself has foreign nationality from the time of birth.

1. Passport & Visa/护照及签证

（1）A clear passport photo page, including name, photo, date of birth, place of birth, issued date, and expiring date. The passport should be valid for at least 6 months.

清晰的有效护照页，包括姓名、照片、出生日期、出生地、护照签发日和到期日。护照有效期至少为6个月。

（2）If you have ever been to China or are currently in China, you need to submit all relevant visa pages.

如果曾有来华经历或目前正在中国，需提交所有相关的签证页。

（3）Before registration,the university will not process any T-visa and residence permit.

正式报到前，本校不办理停留签证和居留许可。

 

1. High school diploma (or equivalent, such as IB, A Level, etc.) and transcripts of all grades(semesters) of high school.

高中毕业证书（或同等学历，如IB，A Level等）和高中阶段所有年级（学期）成绩单

（1）The original must be stamped by the school or signed by the relevant person in charge.

须为有学校盖章或相关负责人签字的原件

（2）When submitting a transcript, it is recommended to attach a description of the performance evaluation criteria.

提交成绩单时，建议附成绩评估标准说明

（3）Those who are about to graduate can submit a pre-graduation certificate and transcripts obtained so far. After obtaining a formal high school diploma and final transcripts, you must submit them to Shanghai DianJi University in a timely manner.

即将毕业者，可提交预毕业证明及到目前为止已获得的成绩单。获得正式的高中毕业证书和最终的成绩单后，须及时向上海电机学院提交

 

*Students are required to provide the above original documents for verification when they register at the beginning of the 1st semester.

*被录取者在开学报到时，需提供以上原件以备查验。

 

1. Language Proficiency Certificate/语言能力证书

（1）Chinese-taught programs: HSK LEVEL 4 (180 points) Certificate or above

中文授课项目: HSK四级（180分）以上证书

If all courses in high school are taught in Chinese, applicants may be exempted from submitting HSK certificates. In this case, proof that the course is taught in Chinese, stamped and/or signed by the high school, must be provided.

如果高中阶段所有课程均为全中文授课，申请者可免交HSK证书。在这种情况下，必须提供由高中学校盖章和/或签字的课程全中文授课的证明。

If you have obtained a HSKK intermediate (60 or higher) certificate, it is recommended to submit it.

如已获得HSKK中级（60分以上）或更高等级的证书，建议提交。

（2）English-taught programs: IELTS (academic) 5.5 or TOEFL IBT 72 or above

英文授课项目：雅思（学术类）5.5分或托福IBT72分以上证书

Applicants may be exempted from submitting IELTS or TOEFL certificates if all courses in high school are taught in English. In this case, proof that the course is taught in English, stamped and/or signed by the high school, must be provided.

如果高中阶段所有课程均为全英文授课，申请者可免交雅思或托福证书。在这种情况下，必须提供由高中学校盖章和/或签字的课程全英文授课的证明。

 

*The above language certificates submitted must be obtained within the past two years. Students are required to provide the above original certificates for verification when they register at the beginning of the 1st semester.

*所提交的以上语言证书必须为近两年内获得。被录取者在开学报到时，需提供语言证书原件以备查验。

 

1. Personal Statement/个人陈述

Written in the teaching language of the applied program, within 1000 words with the description of the applicant’s background, application purpose, reasons for major selection, learning planning, etc. to demonstrate personal thoughts, abilities, and characteristics.

用所申请项目的授课语言书写，1000字以内。描述申请者背景、申请目的、专业选择的原因、学习规划等，展示个人思想、能力与特质。

 

1. Resume/个人简历

Written in the teaching language of the applied program, including basic personal information, contact information, educational background (starting from senior high school), work or internship experience (if any), extracurricular activity participation, awards, hobbies, etc. The downtime between different experiences should not exceed 3 months.

用所申请项目的授课语言书写，包括个人基本信息、联系方式、教育背景（高中阶段开始）、工作或实习经历（如有）、课外活动参与、获奖情况、兴趣爱好等。不同经历间的断档时间不得超过3个月。

 

1. Police Clearance Certificate issued by local government or Character Certificate by the school with a recent date.

由官方半年内出具的无犯罪记录证明或在校期间无违纪违规证明

自动化（电气学院）

Objectives of Study: This major aims to comprehensively cultivate students’ various skills in terms of knowledge, ability, and quality, in order to master the basic theory, knowledge, and professional skills of automation, and engage in engineering design, technical development, system operation management, and maintenance work in manufacturing systems, automation equipment, intelligent transportation, and other aspects of industrial automation.

Employment prospects: Graduates are widely distributed and work in automation technology for enterprises, research institutes, telecommunications, finance, commerce, and other units. （2）Software Engineering (School of Electronic Information Engineering)

Objectives of Study: This major cultivates advanced technology application oriented talents with coordinated development of software engineering technical ability and comprehensive humanistic literacy, who can engage in software system analysis and design, development and testing, project management, and operation and maintenance in the fields of software engineering and information technology applications.

Core courses: Advanced Programming Language, Object-Oriented Programming (JAVA), Data Structures(JAVA), Database Principles and Application, Software Engineering, Software Testing and Quality Assurance, Software Project Management, WEB Programming

Employment prospects: This major is a wide calibre major, with a research scope covering computer applications, software development, software implementation, software testing, information processing, and many other fields. Job opportunities include software development, software implementation, software testing, software maintenance, and software technical support for modern manufacturing enterprises, information departments in modern service industries, and information technology enterprises.

Objectives of Study: This major aims at cultivating international and applied talents fully developed in virtue, intelligence, body and aesthetic with international vision, strong financial knowledge and heritage, generous economic and professional theory as well as good professional skills to master modern methods of economic analysis, familiar with international business models, have strong English communication skills so that they can work in government sectors, foreign trade enterprises and foreign financial institutions engaged in practical operation and research.

市场营销（商学院）

Objectives of Study: Adhering to the “technology-centered, application-oriented” educational ideology, this program aims to cultivate the talents who have comprehensive, practical ability, humanistic quality and developmental potential, who can be highly applied experts engaged in market analysis, marketing planning, sales and management, e-commerce, and online marketing in the field of marketing.

（1）Transactions/转账

a)When making a bank transfer, please fill in the passport number of the admitted person in the note column and upload the registration fee payment voucher on the application system.

银行汇款时请在备注内填入被录取人护照号码,并在报名系统中上传报名费付款凭证。

b) Applicants who are already in China must go through a domestic transaction instead of an international one.

在境内的国际学生请通过境内付款的方式支付相关费用。

（2）Refund/退费

a) Application fee is not refundable.

报名费一经支付，不予退还。

b)From the program commencement date:Students who submit a withdrawal application within 2 weeks and obtain official approval may receive a 75% tuition refund.Students who submit a withdrawal application within 3 weeks and obtain official approval may receive a 50% tuition refund.No refunds will be granted for applications submitted after 3 weeks

从开课之日算起，在两个星期内提出退学申请的，经批准后，可退还75%学费；在三个星期内提出退学申请的，经批准后，可退还50%学费；超过三个星期的，不退还学费。

c)If student violates school regulations or Chinese laws, fees will not be refunded.

若学生违反学校规定和中国法律则不予退费。
