2.Application Time
For Chinese Government Scholarship（CSC）applicants：From now on to February 28, 2025
For self-sponsored applicants: From now on to May 30, 2025
3.Eligibility
To be eligible, applicants must:
►be a citizen of a country other than the People’s Republic of China, and be in good health.
► be a bachelor’s degree holder under the age of 35 when applying for master’s programs.
Ⅱ. Application Procedure
Please log in to the international student registration website of MUC at Link , complete the online application, and upload the required documents.
Ⅲ. Application Documents
1.Notarized highest diploma: Prospective diploma winners must submit official proof of student status by their current school. Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations.
2.Academic transcripts: Copies of academic records from first to last semester during the undergraduate shall be provided. These transcripts shall be issued and sealed by the attending university’s academic affairs office, graduate school, or student management department. They can be in Chinese or English, but must be attached with notarized English translations if they are in foreign languages other than English.
3.A Study Plan or Research Proposal in English: Master’s students should write at least 1000 words.
4.Two letters of recommendation in Chinese or English from professors or associate professors.
5.Language qualification certificates: Applicants should provide IELTS or TOFEL report, an applicant who comes from native English speaking countries or whose college education is all-in-English needs not provide English examination results (those who satisfy this requirement need to provide English education certificates).
6.Foreigner Physical Examination Form: please written in English. The physical examinations must cover all of the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete forms or forms without the signature of the attending physician, or the official stamp of the hospital, or a sealed photograph of the applicant are considered as invalid. Please carefully plan your physical examination schedule as the result is valid for only 6 months. The template is available in the end.
7.Copy of First Page of Passport：If the validity of the applicant’s current passport does not meet the requirement (meaning the passport expires before September 30, 2025), please apply for a new passport before submitting the application.
8.Non-Criminal Record Report: The applicant shall submit a valid certificate of Non-Criminal Record issued by the local public security authority, usually issued within 6 months prior to the submission date of the application. The template is available in the end.
9.Supervisor Acceptance Letter (If any): Information of the applicant’s target supervisor from Minzu University of China. The template is available in the end.

The program accords with the cooperation and exchange agreements or consensus reached by the Chinese government and the governments and institutions of other nations. It is open to undergraduates, postgraduates, general and senior scholars. An applicant shall file an application with the dispatching department of their home countries.
