陇东学院是一所全日制综合性省属普通本科院校，地处甘肃省庆阳市。学校现占地面积1400余亩，校舍建筑面积57万平方米, 现有全日制在校生17196人，教职工1344人，其中具有高级以上职称人员564人，博士、硕士学位教师880人，国务院特殊津贴专家4人。学校设有13个二级学院,招生专业42个，涉及文、理、教、工、农、管、法等10个学科门类。学校现有1个国家级一流本科专业、2门国家级一流本科课程、1个国家级理科实践教育基地、5个省级重点学科、19个省级一流本科专业、41门省级一流本科课程、9个省级特色专业、10个省级教学团队、27门省级精品课程、2个省级重点实验室、2个省级高校重点实验室等。
学校重视国际化教育，与美国中央俄克拉荷马大学、美国北亚利桑那大学，意大利图西亚大学、俄罗斯圣彼得堡国立工业技术大学、白俄罗斯国立技术大学、韩国国立全北大学等23所院校签署了合作协议，是“一带一路”沿线国家高校战略联盟发起院校。学校先后派出学生到美国、白俄罗斯、乌克兰、罗马尼亚等国留学。与西安电子科技大学、延安大学、天津职业技术师范大学等联合培养硕士研究生。与兰州大学、华东理工大学、陕西师范大学、西北农林科技大学、西北师范大学、天津师范大学、天津中医药大学、西安石油大学等八所高校联合培养本科生。现有来自俄罗斯、老挝、蒙古、哈萨克斯坦、吉尔吉斯斯坦等国家的留学生在校学习。
学校设立“陇东学院国际学生校长奖学金”,鼓励吸收品学兼优的各类留学生来校学习。

一、招生类别和名额
我校招收学历生和汉语语言生。学历生以汉语言文学、经济学、信息工程本科专业为主，具有学士学位授予权的其他专业也可招生。语言生需取得高中或同等学历毕业证书。
1.学历生：“校长奖学金”学生15人，自费生名额不限。
2.语言生：“校长奖学金”学生7人，自费生名额不限。
二、学习方式和学习年限
1.学习方式为全日制。我校实行双学期制，第一个学期九月至次年一月，第二个学期二月至七月。
2.学历生学制4年，语言生学制1年。授课语言均为汉语。
三、申请资格
1.申请人为非中国籍公民，持有效外国护照。
2.身体健康，品行端正，遵守中国政府的法律、法规和学校的规章制度。
3.学历生HSK新四级成绩180分及以上。
四、申请材料
申请人需准备以下材料，并将扫描件（PDF或JPG格式）发送至[email protected]，开学报到时查验原件。
1.本人护照。
2.《陇东学院国际学生入学申请表》（附件1），用中文或英文填写。
3.高中或同等学历毕业证书、成绩单及其公证文件。
4.HSK考试成绩单（仅学历生）。
5.《外国人体格检查记录》（附件2）。
五、申请时间
申请者即日起可提交申请材料，2024年6月30日以后（依据我校成功收到邮件时间）不再受理。
六、审核录取及入学时间
学校将严格审核学生提交的材料，根据学生申请专业和招生计划择优录取。按期向录取学生邮寄《陇东学院录取通知书》和 JW202 表，并通知学生本人。
录取学生必须于2024年9月4日至9月5日，持录取通知书、X1签证和申请材料原件到学校教务处学籍管理科（敏行楼315室）报到。未履行延期手续且超过报到时间15天者，取消入学资格。
七、费用
1. 自费生依据《陇东学院国际学生收费标准》（附件3）收取。
2. 陇东学院校长奖学金学生：免本科学习阶段（四年）学费及住宿费，第一学年为学生提供500元/月生活费（共12个月），从第二学年开始按照《陇东学院国际学生校长奖学金实施办法》发放生活费。

Longdong University (LDU) is a provincial full-time comprehensive university located in Qingyang City, Gansu Province. The university spans an area of 230.6 acres with a total building space of 570,000 square meters. It enrolls 17,196 full-time undergraduate students and employs 1,344 faculty members, among whom 564 hold senior titles, 880 possess Doctorate or Masters degrees, and 4 are experts receiving special government allowances from the State Council. There are 42 undergraduate majors across 13 schools, encompassing 10 disciplines including engineering, education, and science. The institution boasts 1 national first-class undergraduate major, 2 national first-class undergraduate courses, 1 national science practice education base, 5 provincial key disciplines, 19 provincial first-class undergraduate majors, 41 provincial first-class undergraduate courses, 9 provincial featured majors, 10 provincial teaching teams, 27 provincial high-quality courses, 2 provincial key laboratory, and 2 provincial key laboratories for universities.
Longdong University (LDU) places significant emphasis on international education, as evidenced by its collaboration with 23 universities, including the University of Central Oklahoma and Northern Arizona University in the United States, as well as St. Petersburg State Polytechnical University in Russia. Moreover, LDU facilitates student exchanges with various countries such as the United States, Belarus, Ukraine, and Romania. Additionally, the university hosts students from diverse nations, including Russia, Laos, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan.
To attract international students with outstanding academic performance, LDU has established the Longdong University President Scholarship for International Students. Section 1: Program Category and Quota
1. Self-financed students: unlimited.
2. The President Scholarship: 22 seats.
Section 2: Bachelor Programs
The majority of students are enrolled in undergraduate programs such as Chinese Language and Literature, Economics, and Information Engineering.
Section 3: Mode and Duration of Study
1. You will study full-time for two semesters a year, the first semester is from September to January and the second from February to July.
2. The duration of the bachelor’s degree program is four years.
3. The primary language of instruction is Chinese.
Section 4: Eligibility
1. Applicants must hold a valid passport and be of non-Chinese nationality.
2. Applicants must demonstrate good health, a clean criminal record, and commit to complying with both Chinese government laws and regulations and LDU rules and regulations.
3. Applicants are required to pass the HSK level 4 examination.
Section 5: Application Materials
The following documents are required, with 1 copy of each:
1. Completed Application Form for International Students in Chinese or English (see annex 1), with attached photos.
2. Officially notarized highest diploma and transcript.
3. HSK Certificate.
4. Foreigner’s physical examination record (see annex 2).
5. Copy of the passport.
Section 6: Application Deadline
All application materials should be scanned and sent via email to [email protected] by 30th June 2024.
Section 7: Approval, Notification, and Enrollment
LDU will rigorously review the materials submitted by students to determine the admission of the applicant. Subsequently, LDU will publish the list of admitted students and provide them with the LDU Admission Notice and the Visa Application for Study in China (i.e., JW202 Form) for the X1 visa application at the Chinese embassy. All international students admitted to LDU are responsible for their own visa application.
All admitted students are required to complete their enrollment at LDU between September 4th and 5th, 2024, presenting the admission notice, X1 visa, and application materials. Failure to complete the extension procedures and exceeding the admission date by 15 days will result in disqualification from enrollment.
Section 8: Fees
1. Self-financed students are advised to refer to the details provided in the attachment.
2. LDU offers the President Scholarship for international students, which exempts undergraduate tuition and accommodation fees. International students receive 500 RMB/month as living expenses in the first academic year (for a total of 12 months), and living expenses are covered by the Presidential Scholarship from the second academic year onwards.
