申请者条件

Applicant Requirements for Liaoning Technical University

（1）申请人须为遵守中国法律法规及学校纪律、品德良好、尊重中国人民风俗习惯的外籍人士；

The applicant shall be a foreigner who abides by the laws and regulations of China and the disciplines of the school, who is of a good character and respects the customs and cultures of the Chinese people;

（2）入学前须具有中国教育部认可的硕士学位，年龄不超过40周岁；

Who must have a master’s degree recognized by the Ministry of Education of China, and shall not be more than 40 years old before entering the education;

（3）学习成绩优秀；

Excellent academic performance;

（4）未同时获得中国政府其他各类奖学金。

Who hasn’t been awarded with any other scholarships by the Chinese Government at the same time.

资助类别及授课语言

Supporting Category and Teaching Language (Liaoning Technical University)

学生类别为博士研究生，只用于招收新生，不向已在读的博士研究生提供。

This scholarship only open to recruit new Ph.D. students and are not available to Ph.D. students who are currently in study.

授课语言一般为英语。

Scholarship students can register for English-taught program.

申请流程

Application Steps to Apply Scholarship of Liaoning Technical University

1.申请人向辽宁工程技术大学国际教育学院留学生招生办公室提交申请。

Step 1 – Apply directly to International Students Admissions Office of LNTUSIE.

2.在规定时间内将申请材料提交至辽宁工程技术大学国际教育学院留学生招生办公室（B204室）

Step 2 – Submit all your application documents to International Students Admissions Office of LNTU (Office B204) before the deadline.

申请材料

Application Documents to Apply Scholarship of Liaoning Technical University

（1）申请人准确填写《中国辽宁省政府外国留学生奖学金申请表》（申请表中，须填写导师评语及意见，导师研究方向须与申请专业方向一致；导师所在院系审核意见）（见附件1）；

Application Form for Scholarships for Foreign Students of the Government of Liaoning Province of China, must be filled by the applicant (the application form have to include the reference and comments by your tutor, the definition of your tutor’s research must be the same as that of the application for a professional research; as well as your supervisor’s department opinions )（please see the attached file 1）;

（2）经过公证的最高学历证明和学习成绩单复件；

A notarized copy of the highest educational background certificate and academic transcript;

（3）在学或在职证明原件及复印件；

The original and photocopy of the certificate of current employment or education.

（4）来华学习和研究计划（1000字左右）；

A Study Plan and Research Proposal (about 1,000 words);

（5）两封教授推荐信；

Two Recommendation Letters, Applicants must submit two recommendation letters signed by a professor or an associate professor.

（6）有效护照的复印件（首页及内白页）请提供完整的个人信息页的复印件；

A photocopy of the valid passport: please provide a photocopy of the complete personal information page;

（7）申请人如有HSK的汉语成绩，请提交HSK汉语成绩报告复印件（HSK成绩报告有效期为两年）；

If the applicant has HSK Certificate, please provide the copy of valid HSK Certificate ( HSK results are valid for only 2 years)；

（8）护照首页复印件（首页、内白页）；

Copies of Passport’s First Page and other information Pages；

（9）申请人如有论文发表成果，请附清单（包括论文标题、发表刊物名称、发表时间等信息）；

If the applicant has any achievements in published papers, please attach a list (including the title of the thesis, the name of the publisher, the date of publication, etc.);

（10）申请人如有突出才艺者，请附相关获奖证书或作品；

If the applicant has outstanding talents, please attach the relevant awards certificate or work;

（11）《外国人体格检查表》。申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查表》中要求的项目进行检查。缺项、未贴本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医师和医院签字盖章的《外国人体格检查表》无效。检查结果有效期为6个月；

Foreigner Physical Examination Form

The physical examinations must cover all the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete forms or forms without the signature of the attending physician, or the official stamp of the hospital, or a sealed photograph of the applicant are considered as invalid. Please carefully plan your physical examination schedule as the result is valid for only 6 months.

Note: The above documents need to be translated into Chinese or English if they are not in the languages required.

以上材料请按上述顺序将电子版发送至 studysie@lntu.edu.cn和[email protected] 邮件主题：“辽宁省政府奖学金–学生姓名”），在左侧装订成册（一式五册）。于2024年05月3日前交至辽宁工程技术大学国际教育学院招生办公室（B204室）无论录取与否，申请材料均不返还。

All the documents should be bound together on left in the order of (1) to (11). （You should submit FIVE sets of bound documents）. Submit all your application documents to the International Students Admissions Office of LNTU ( Office B204) before the deadline May 3，2024. No application documents will be returned. And All documents copy should be sent by email to studysie@lntu.edu.cn and with the mail title “LIAONING Province Government
