一、资助类别、期限及授课语言
I. Supporting Categories, Duration and Instruction Language (Liaoning Technical University)
1.资助类别。硕士研究生和博士研究生。
1. Supporting Category. This scholarship only supports graduate students.
2.资助期限。硕士研究生3-4学年；博士研究生3-4学年。资助期限为录取时确定的学习年限，包括专业学习和汉语补习的期限。
2. Duration. This scholarship only supports master’s students for 3 or 4 academic years and doctoral students for 3 or 4 academic years. The scholarship covers both major study and Chinese language/preparatory study, as specified in the Admission Letter.
3.授课语言。一般为英语。
3. Instruction Language
Scholarship students can register for English-taught program.
二、奖学金内容
全额奖学金包含学费、住宿费、生活费和综合医疗保险，半额奖学金包含住宿费、生活费和综合医疗保险，详见“中国政府奖学金介绍”。
II. Scholarship Cover
The Chinese University Program provides a full scholarship which covers tuition waiver, accommodation, stipend, and comprehensive medical insurance. Partial Scholarship which covers accommodation, stipend, and comprehensive medical insurance. Please refer to Introduction to CGS—Coverage and Standard for details of each item.

III. Application Requirements
1.非中国籍公民，身心健康。
2.年龄、学历、语言要求：
●申请攻读硕士学位者，应当具有学士学位或同等学力，学习成绩优秀，年龄一般不超过35周岁；
●申请攻读博士学位者，应当具有硕士学位或同等学力，学习成绩优秀，年龄一般不超过40周岁；
●申请人应当同时符合所申请学校在学术能力、语言能力及其它相关方面的入学要求。
To be eligible, applicants must
– be a citizen of a country other than the People’s Republic of China, and be in good health both mentally and physically.
– be a bachelor’s degree holder under the age of 35 when applying for master’s programs;
– be a master’s degree holder under the age of 40 when applying for doctoral programs;
–Applicants meet the admission requirements of the applied universities in terms of academic ability,language proficiency and other relevant criteria.
四、申请流程
IV. Application Procedure to apply scholarship of Liaoning Technical University
1.申请人向辽宁工程技术大学国际教育学院招生办公室提交申请。
Step1- Apply directly to admissions office of LNTU (Liaoning Technical University) .
2.登录“国家留学基金委来华留学网上报名系统”（登录http://www.csc.edu.cn/laihua或http://www.campuschina.org 后，点击“网上报名学生入口”图标进入）填写申请信息，在线提交并打印《中国政府奖学金申请表》。受理机构编号:10147（必填）
Step 2 -Complete the online application procedure at CGS Information System（Visit http://www.csc.edu.cn/laihua or http://www.campuschina.org and click“Scholarship Application for
IVIVStudents” to log in）, submit online the completed Application Form for Chinese Government Scholarship, and print a hard copy.Agency Number is 10147(Required）
3.在规定时间内将申请材料提交至辽宁工程技术大学国际教育学院招生办公室
Step 3 – Submit all your application documents to admissions office of Liaoning Technical University before the deadline.

V. Application Documents to Apply Scholarship of Liaoning Technical University
以下材料均为一式两份
The Following Documents in duplicate
1.《中国政府奖学金申请表》（中文或英文）；
1.Application Form for Chinese Government Scholarship(written in Chinese or English);
2.经公证的最高学历证明。如申请人为在校学生，须提交本人就读学校出具的预计毕业证明或在学证明。中英文以外文本须附经公证的中文或英文的译文；
2.Notarized highest diploma. Prospective diploma winners must submit official proof of student status by their current school. Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations;
3.学习成绩单（自本科阶段起。成绩单扫描件应包括本科、硕士（如有）、博士（如有）学习阶段，直至最近一学期的成绩。成绩单应由就读学校教务处、研究生院或有关学生管理部门开具并盖章。可提供中/英文成绩单，如为英语以外语种,需另提供英文翻译件并公证。
3.Academic transcripts （written in Chinese or English）;Academic transcripts (from the undergraduate program onwards). Copies of academic records from first to last semester during the undergraduate, graduate (if any), and doctoral programs (if any) shall be provided. These transcripts shall be issued and sealed by the attending university’s academic affairs office, graduate school, or student management department. They can be in Chinese or English, but must be attached with notarized English translations if they are in foreign languages other than English;
4.来华学习计划。应提交中/英文学习计划（1000 字以上，学习计划只可以用中文或者英文书写)。
A study plan proposal. A study plan written in Chinese or English shall contain more than 1,000 characters or words;
5. 推荐信。两名教授或副教授的推荐信，用中文或英文书写；内容应重点包含对申请人来华学习目标要求，中方院校或者中方导师与国外导师的合作情况或者校际交流情况，以及对学生综合能力，未来发展的评价。
5.Two Recommendation Letters（written in Chinese or English）;
The components of Recommendation Letters are the requirement of the learning objectives for applicant,cooperation between Chinese university or Chinese tutors and foreign tutors or university and the evaluation of comprehensive abilities and future development for applicant.
Applicants must submit two recommendation letters signed by a professor or an associate professor.
6．《外国人体格检查表》复印件（原件自行保存，此表格由中国卫生检疫部门统一印制，须英文填写）。申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查表》中要求的项 目进行检查。缺项、未贴有本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医师和医院签字盖章的《外国人体格检查表》无效，检查结果有效期为 6 个月。
6.A photocopy of the Foreigner Physical Examination Form completed in English (the original copy shall be kept by the applicant). The form is designed by the Chinese quarantine authority and can be obtained from the dispatching authority. The physical examinations must cover all the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete records or those without the signature of the attending physician,the official stamp of the hospital, or a sealed photograph of the applicants are invalid.
Please select the appropriate time to take a physical examination as the result is valid for only 6 months.
7.护照首页。如现持有护照有效期不符合要求（护照有效期应晚于2023 年 9月），请及时换发新护照。
7. Copy of Passport Home Page. If the validity of the applicant’s current passport does not meet the requirement (meaning the passport expires before September 2023),please apply for a new passport before submitting the application;
8.无犯罪记录证明。申请人须提交由所在地公安机关出具的有效期内的无犯罪证明，通常为提交申请之日前6个月以内的证明文件。
8. Police Clearance Certificate；The applicant have to submit Police Clearance Certificate issued by the local public security authority,and are valid for only 6 months.
9.申请人诚信承诺书。

All the documents should send all your application documents 5.1 to 5.9. to the email [email protected] of School of International Education of Liaoning Technical University before the deadline February 24th，2023.No application documents will be returned.
材料通过初审后，我们会以邮件形式通知候选人参加面试，请候选人注意查收邮件。
After the materials pass the preliminary examination, we will inform the candidates to attend the interview by email, please pay attention to check the email.
