I.Brief Introduction of Jinggangshan University
Jinggangshan University (JGSU) is apubliccomprehensive university, jointly run by Chinese Ministry of Education and Jiangxi Provincial Government, pair-assisted by Tongji University in Shanghai.It offers undergraduate education, graduate education and international studenteducation.
Founded in 1958, JGSU (Jinggangshan University) islocated in Ji’an city, Jiangxi Province, southeast of China. It has3campusescovering an area of2458.7 mu. The total value of teaching and research equipmentreaches more than RMB 410 millionYuan,andthe library has more than 2.30million books. It also hasa 3A affiliated hospital which is directly controlled by the university, 1 non-directly controlled affiliated hospital and 1 Ji’an Municipal Medical Health School.
JGSU (Jinggangshan University) is composed of 15teaching schools (1 center) and 3 management schools,offering 60 undergraduate majors. It currently has a faculty of1212people, including 133professors,415 associate professors，346 teachers with doctoral degree. JGSU (Jinggangshan University) has more than 20412full-time registered students, including 161 postgraduate students andmore than 10,000 adult students for continued education. The university has started to recruit international student since 2007, and the number of admitted students add up to 1140 people. Currently, there are314 undergraduate internationalstudentswho aremainly from18 countries.
JGSU insists on running the school in an open manner and push the education internationalization course to move upward stably. In 2021, it locates at the 303rd place among the University ranking list made by Chinese University Alumni Association.It has cooperated with other prestigious universities to jointly foster undergraduate students, like Tongji University, Xiamen University, Shanghai University of Sport, Guangdong University of Foreign Studies.It hasestablished cooperative relations with46institutions of higher learningfrom 18countries including the United States, Britain, Russia, South Korea, Japan,German, Ukraine, Republic of Belarus and India.

Ⅲ. Length of Schooling
3.1 Degree Program :
3.1.1 Clinical Medicine Undergraduate Program: the length of schooling is 6 years（no more than 8 years), program is open in Spring of 2022. University will adopting the mode of“1+5” , that is, for the first year, students are required to study Chinese language out of China; from the second year to the fifth year, students are required to study medicine in Jinggangshan University; for the sixth year, students are required to complete one-year internship, which can be conducted inside or outside China on the condition that the hospital shall meet the stipulated requirements for internship.

3.2.1 One academic year: program begins in Spring or Autumn of 2022, class routine will be arranged according to our university’s teaching calendar of that year, which goes simultaneously with degree students.
IV.Enrollment Targets
4.1 Degree Program: Aged 18 to 25, with senior high school diplomas or above, non-Chinese citizens.
4.2 Non-degree Program: Aged 18 to 59,with senior high school diplomas or above, non-Chinese citizens.
V. Application Time and Requirements
5.1 Application Time
5.1.1 Undergraduate Degree Programs: The deadline is December 31st, 2021.
5.1.2 Chinese Language Programs: The deadline for Spring Program is December 31st , 2021 and July 31st , 2022 for Autumn Program.
5.2 Application Requirements
5.2.1 All applicants should have Senior School (or above) diploma;
5.2.2 All applicants should hold a valid passport;
5.2.3 Applicants for Clinical Medicine Undergraduate Program should have 65% score or above of the courses, such as English, chemistry and biology;
5.2.4 Applicants who are admitted preliminary for clinical medicine program shall pass HSK4 after they finish the first-year Chinese language learning;
5.2.5 All applicants should be healthy physically and mentally, be good in character and holds non-criminal record;
5.2.6 They will abide by the laws and regulations of Chinese government, obey the university regulations and respect Chinese people’s social custom and habits.

6.1 Documents Required for Application
6.1.1 Jinggangshan University Application Form for Foreign Students’Study in China
6.1.2 The senior high school or above diplomas and the transcripts
6.1.3 Valid passport (scanned copy or photocopy)
6.1.4Non-criminal record provided by their residence police station or proof of school performance provided by his /her current school.
6.1.5 An economic guarantee by a person (either a Chinese or a foreigner who has stable income in China) or company, or an income proof from parent’s employed organization, or an bank saving statement of family.
6.1.6 Physical examination result from officially recognized hospital.
6.1.7 Photo (The requirements are the same as passport photo).
Note: Please understand that we will not return the above-mentioned application documents, no matter whether the applicant is admitted or not.

Ⅶ. Admission Principles and Procedure
7.1 Admission Principles
A.On the premise of meeting basic requirements for admission,clinical medicineundergraduate students are enrolled from high to low scores in accordance with the principle of score priority. Non-degree Chinese language program applicants are enrolledsuccessivelyaccording tothetime we receive their application.
7.2 Admission Procedures to apply for Jinggangshan University
7.2.1 Documents Review: under the guidance of school leader who is in charge of students admission work, admission staff review the application documents and draw up the proposed admission name list, which shall subsequently be submitted to the school leading group meeting for validation.
7.2.2 Admission Validation: school leading group meeting validate the proposed admission name list, and the formal document that apply for provincial approval is formed and submitted to the leader of university international students admission work leading group for approval.
7.2.3 Admission Approval:send the approval document issued bygroup leader ofuniversity international studentsadmission work leading group and JW202 forms of the proposed applicants to provincial Ministry of Education and Foreign Affairs Office, and handle admission approval formalities.
7.2.4Send Admission Notice: after the applicants’ admission status is approved, international school will post admission notice, JW202 form and registration instruction to the admitted new students.

8.1.2ChargeDescriptions:
8.1.2.1 Besides tuition and accommodation fee, students shall pay textbook fee according to the real teaching demand, the amount is subjected to the price of book that used in teaching.
8.1.2.2All freshmen shall purchase insurance within one week after arriving at the university. Insurance fee varies from RMB 300 Yuan to RMB 800 Yuan for one year. The university will refuse to handle registration for those who fail to buy insurance on time.
8.2 Scholarships (RMB) of Jinggangshan University
In addition to the Jiangxi Provincial Government Scholarships, the university has also established excellent International Student Scholarship at the university level in accordance with relevant provisions, to reward those who are excellent both inbehavior and study.
8.2.1Chinese Language Scholarship:before joining clinical medicine study,any freshman who holds qualified LevelFive certificate of Chinese Proficiency Test (HSK5) or above can obtain a scholarship, the amount of which varies from RMB4000 Yuan to RMB 5000 Yuan in accordance with the certificate grade.
8.2.2 Specialty Scholarship: clinical medicine freshmen whohave paid off the tuition, room fee and registration fee of that yearcan obtain provincial scholarship which amounts to RMB10000 Yuan to RMB20000 Yuan.Simultaneously,students canalsoapply for scholarship at university level during their schooling. If meet the scholarship-winning requirements, they can get university level scholarship of various grades, the amount of which ranges from RMB 2000 Yuan toRMB10000Yuan for each year.
8.2.3Those Non-degree Chinese language program students who succeeds in applying for a seat of degree program in our university will be given priority to obtain the provincial government scholarship.

2022年井冈山大学留学生招生简章（中英）
一、学校简介
井冈山大学是江西省人民政府和教育部共同重点支持建设高校，是同济大学对口支援高校，是一所融研究生教育、普通本科教育和留学生教育于一体的全日制综合性公立大学。
学校位于中国东南部的江西省吉安市，于1958年创办。现有3个校区，校园面积2458.7亩，教学科研设备总值约4.1余亿元，图书馆藏书230万余册，“三级甲等”直属附属医院1所、非直属附属医院1所，有吉安市卫生学校1所。
学校设有15个教学学院（部）和3个管理型学院，现有本科招生专业60个。学校现有专任教师1212人，其中教授133人、副教授415人，博士346人。现有全日制在校本科生20412人，硕士研究生161人，另有各类成人教育学生1万余人。自2007年招收首批留学生以来，我校共招收留学生1140人，现有留学生共计314人，生源国18个。
学校坚持开放办学，教育国际化水平稳步提升。2021年，学校在全国校友会排名中位居第303位。学校与同济大学建立了全面的对口支援合作关系，与厦门大学、上海体育学院、广东外语外贸大学等高校开展了联合培养本科生工作。学校与美国、英国、俄罗斯、韩国、日本、德国、乌克兰、白俄罗斯、印度等十八个国家（地区）46所高等院校建立了合作关系。
二、招生类别、专业与计划数

相应类别符合条件的申请者人数低于30人，学校有权取消开班。
三、学制设置
（一）临床医学本科专业（学历生）
学制六年（最长不超过八年），2022年春季入学。采取“1+5”模式，即第一年在境外学习汉语，第二至五年在井冈山大学学习，第六年实习可选择在中国或中国境外符合条件的医院开展。
（二）汉语进修（非学历生）
学制一年，2022年春季或秋季入学，学习时间根据井冈山大学校历的时间安排执行（确属特殊情况可作适当调整）。
四、招生对象
（一）学历生：年龄在18周岁至25周岁之间，具有高中及以上文化程度的非中国籍公民。
（二）非学历生：年龄在18周岁至59周岁之间，具有高中及以上文化程度的非中国籍公民。
五、申请时间与入学条件
（一）申请时间
1.临床医学本科专业（学历生）：即日起至2021年12月31日。
2.汉语进修（非学历）：春季班申请截止时间为2021年12月31日；秋季班截止时间为2022年7月31日。
（二）申请条件
1.具有高中（含）以上学历或同等学力；
2.持有效的外国护照；
3.临床医学本科专业的申请者，高中阶段英语、生物、化学课程单科成绩原则上不低于该门课程总分的65%。
4.获得预录取的临床医学本科专业的申请者，第一年汉语学习结束时必须达到HSK4水平；
5.身心健康、品行良好、无犯罪记录；
6.遵守中国政府的法律和井冈山大学的规章制度，尊重中国人民的公序良俗。
六、申请所需材料与申请方式
（一）申请所需材料
1.《井冈山大学来华留学生入学申请表》（登录国际学院网站下载专区下载并填写）；
2.高中或高中以上（或同等学力）毕业证书及成绩单；
3.有效护照（扫描或复印件）；
4.居住地公安机关提供的无犯罪记录证明或就读学校提供的在校期间表现证明；
5.在华个人（含中国人或在中国有固定收入的外国人）或公司的经济担保书；或父母工作单位的收入证明；或银行提供的家庭存款证明。
6.体检结果报告单（由正规医院出具）
7.个人证件照（与护照照片一致）
注：无论申请者是否被我校录取，上述申请材料均不予退回。

七、录取原则与程序
（一）录取原则
1.在符合入学基本条件的前提下，临床医学本科专业（学历生）的录取按照“分数优先”的原则，从高分到低分依次录取；汉语进修（非学历生）的录取根据我校收到申请者材料的时间先后顺序依次录取。
（二）录取程序
1.材料审核：国际学院负责留学生招生工作人员在分管院领导的指导下，对申请者的材料进行审核，形成拟录取/预录取学生名单。送学院领导班子会议审定。
2.录取结果审定：国际学院领导班子会议对拟录取/预录取学生名单进行审定，审定通过后形成正式文件报井冈山大学来华留学工作小组组长审批。
3.录取结果审批：将井冈山大学来华留学工作小组组长签发的报批文件以及拟录取/预录取学生的JW202表报送省教育厅、省外事办办理审批手续。
4.寄发录取/预录取通知书：录取/预录取结果获批后，由国际学院向已录取/预录取新生寄发通知书、JW202表以及入学须知。

2.收费说明：①除学费、住宿费外，学生还需根据教学所需缴纳教材费，具体金额以实际使用教材的价格为准。②所有新生入学后一周内必须向保险公司购买保险，保险费300-800元/年。逾期不投保的，学校不予注册。
（二）奖学金（人民币）
井冈山大学是江西省政府奖学金招收来华留学生的执行高校，除获取省政府奖学金外，学校还根据相关规定设立了校级优秀留学生奖学金，用于奖励品学兼优的留学生。
1.汉语奖学金：新生进入专业学习前，已获得HSK考试五级及以上合格证书者，将视合格证书的等级给予4000-5000元不等的奖学金。
2.专业奖学金：新生在江西省政府奖学金评审前已经报到并缴清了当年所有费用者，可获得江西省政府奖学金10000-20000元；同时，在校学习期间还可申请校级奖学金，符合奖学金条件者，每年可获得2000-10000元不等的奖学金。
3.在我校学习的汉语进修生，若结业后继续留至我校攻读学历教育，优先享受省政府奖学金。
