Located in GUILIN city, the world famous scenie historical city, Guilin University of Electronic Technology named as GUET for short isfounded in 1960, and jointly sponsored by the Ministry of Industry andInformation Technology and the government of Guangxi Zhuang AutonomousRegion, GUET is also one of the nominated universities of“National Basie AbilityConstruction Projeet for Western and Central China”。
学校现有金鸡岭校区、六合路校区、花江校区、北海校区，校园总面积684 英亩。学校拥有我国高校单体建筑面积最大之一的花江校区图书馆，建筑面积 4.5 万余平方米，图书馆现有纸质图书 219 万余册，数据库90 余个，中外文期刊(含纸质、电子)39000余种。具有先进的网络信息平台和智慧校园平台。

GUET offers 7l bachelor programs including 23 national
first-class programs, l6 programs have passed thecertification of China Engineering Education AccreditationAssociation, l national comprehensive reform pilot program and national characteristic programs, and 2 master programs for first leveldiscipline which covering 12 academic filed. GuET also has 5 PhDprograms for first level discipline and ³ post PhD academic researchstation, The disciplines of Engineering, Material Science, ComputerScience and Chemistry have entered top 1% of the Essential ScienceIndicators (ESI) Rankings.

There are 3200 teachers and staff, and about 43000 studentsworking and studying at GUET. After all the years of effort, GUEThas established a number of national engineering research centers,key laboratories of the Ministry of Education, engineering researchcenters of the Ministry of Education, and the National Software andIntegrated Circuit Public Service Platform. In addition, GUET also owns aNational University Science Park, a National Mass Innovation Space, andis one of the first higher learning bases for the scientific & technologicalachievement transformation. GUET was approved as a pilot university ofnational intellectual property in 2020.

GUET was rated as “2012-2014 National Innovation and EntrepreneurshipTraining Program Implementation Advanced University”. Students haverepeatedly won excellent awards in National “Internet+” Innovation andEntrepreneurship Competition Electronic Design Competition, “The ChallengeCup” Extracurricular Academic Science and Technology Competition, MechanicalInnovation Design Competition, and Mathematical Modeling Competition. Thestudents of GUET have won the Golden Award of “Internet+” Innovation andEntrepreneurship Competition, the highest award of “Sony Cup” and “TI Cup” ofElectronic Design Competition, GUET ranked 44th in the Six Rounds of the NationalUniversity Student Competition Rankings.

At present, GUET has established good cooperativerelationships with more than 80 universities andacademic institutions in Asia, Europe, the Americas,Oceania and Africa. 申请条件
1.非中国籍公民，身体健康;
2.学位和年龄要求;
(1)申请攻读学士学位者，须具有高中学历，年龄不超过25周岁，在校平均成绩需达到75%以上同等水平，通过HSK成绩考试达到HSK4级及以上，无HSK成绩则需汉补一年。攻读英文授课本科的学生，英文水平需达到雅思成绩6.0分以上或同等水平证明。
(2)申请攻读中文授课硕士学位者，须具有学士学位，年龄不超过35周岁，学时期间平均成绩达到75%以上，通过HSK成绩达到HSK4级以上，无HSK成绩则需汉补一年。
(3)申请攻读中文授课博士学位者，须具有硕士学位，年龄不超过40周岁，学时期间平均成绩达到75%以上通过HSK成绩达到HSK4级以上，需公开发表高水平论文2篇及以上，无HSK成绩则需汉补一年。
(4)申请攻读英文授课博士学位者，须具有硕士学位，年龄不超过40周岁;学时期间平均成绩达到75%以上，需公开发表高水平论文2篇及以上。

4.《外国人体格检查表》一此表格由中国卫生检疫部门统一印制，仅限于来华学习时间超过6个月者，须用英文填写。申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查记录》中要求的项目进行检查。缺项、未贴有本 人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医师和医院签字盖章的《外国人体格检查记录》无效。鉴于检查结果 有效期为6个月，请申请人据此确定本人进行体检的时间。

3.A Study Plan or Research Proposal (either in English or Chinese, minimum of 800 words)
4.Foreigner Physical Examination Form which can be downloaded from attachment 3. This formis uniformly printed by the Health and Quarantine Department of China. It is limited to thosewho have been studying in China for more than six months and must be filled in in English. Theapplicant shall carry out the inspection in strict accordance with the items required in the form ofPhysical Examination of Foreigners. The “Physical Examination of Foreigners” which is missing ornot affixed with photo or the seam of riding or the signature of a doctor or a hospital is invalid.In view of the validity of the examination results for 6 months, the applicant is requested toconfirm the time for his physical examination accordingly.
5.Language Proficiency Certificate
6.The applicant for Master and Phd should submit two recommendation letters. The applicantfor Phd should submit the publication essays.
