GOAL & CHARACTERISTIC
The program awards a Master’s degree in lawand provides opportunity of internship in the fields of international investment, international trade, or relevant Chinese law to promote students’ abilities in dealing with legal issues concerning trade and investment in or with China.
The primary focus of the program is on international law, the economic law of China, and Chinese legal practice. More internship in top law firm provided by cooperating with Shanghai Lawyer Association. After graduation, students can enter into legal practice involving China and international trade, or choose to apply for a doctoral degree in law.
