“High-level Postgraduate Program” is a full scholarship program for international students established by the Ministry of Education of China. Applications are now open to master and Ph.D. students from all over the world. Please read the notice carefully and submit your application on time.
项目介绍 Program Introduction
中国政府奖学金“高水平研究生”项目按照“个人申请、院校推荐、专家评审、择优录取”的原则，选拔录取具有优秀学科背景、突出专业能力及未来发展潜力的国际学生。项目相关内容简介如下：
“Chinese Government Scholarship Program-High Level Postgraduate Program” is based on the principles of “individual application, institutional recommendation, expert assessment and selection on the basis of merit”, and selects international students with excellent academic background, professional ability and future development potential. A brief description of the program is as follows:

申请条件 Eligibility
1. 非中国籍公民，身心健康；
Non-Chinese citizens and be in good health both mentally and physically;
2. 申请攻读硕士学位者，年龄不超过35周岁, 须具有学士学位；
Be a bachelor’s degree holder under the age of 35 when applying for master’s programs;
3. 申请攻读博士学位者，年龄不超过40周岁，须具有硕士学位；
Be a master’s degree holder under the age of 40 when applying for Ph.D. programs;
4. 申请以中文为教学语言的攻读硕士、博士学位者，中文水平须达到汉语水平考试（HSK）四级；
Have acquired the Chinese proficiency of HSK Level 4 when applying for Chinese-taught master’s or Ph.D. programs;
5. 申请以英文为教学语言的攻读硕士、博士学位者，英文水须达到：托福80或雅思6.0，或通过学校组织的英文考核;
Have acquired the English proficiency of TOEFL 80 or IELTS 6.0 or pass the English assessment organized by the school.
6. 未获得中国各级政府和录取院校设立的其他奖学金资助。
Have not be awarded other scholarships offered by different levels of Chinese government, nor other universities or colleges.

申请步骤 Application Process
Ⅰ. 网上申请 Application Online
1.申请人须在“留学中国”网站 http://www.campuschina.org 提交申请。
Submit applications at “CSC Study in China” website:http://www.campuschina.organd
2. 在“留学中国”网站填写信息时，留学项目种类选择“B类”，中国矿业大学（北京）机构编号为11413。
When applying in “CSC Study in China” website, please select Program Category “Type B”. The Agency Number of CUMTB is 11413.
3. 录入个人信息并上传材料至“补充材料”，直至点击【提交】完成申请。
Input personal information and upload documents to “Supporting Documents” as requested, then click “Submit” to complete the application.
Ⅱ.面试安排 Interview
申请人资料审核通过后，学校会通过邮件通知申请人进行面试。
After your application information is reviewed, CUMTB will notify you by email about the interview.
注：请确保邮箱地址正确，并定期检查邮箱，以免错过考试面试的通知。
Note: Please make sure your email address is correct and check your email regularly in order not to miss the notice of interview arrangement.
Ⅲ. 录取与入学 Admission
中国矿业大学（北京）将组织专家进行初步评审，选拔具有优秀学科背景、专业能力和未来发展潜力的申请者推荐至国家留学基金委，最终录取结果以国家留学基金委学科专家评审结果为准。申请人可在“中国政府奖学金留学管理信息系统”查询录取结果。被录取后，学生须严格按照学校规定的时间报到注册。报到时将核验最高学历证书及成绩单原件、《外国人体格检查表》、无犯罪证明、语言水平证明原件等申请材料。
China University of Mining and Technology-Beijing will organize experts to conduct preliminary evaluation, select applicants with excellent discipline background, professional ability and future development potential, and recommend them to Chinese Government Scholarship Committee. The final result shall be subject to the evaluation organized by Chinese Government Scholarship Committee. Applicants can check the admission results in the “Chinese Government Scholarship Study Abroad Management Information System”. If you are admitted, you shall register at CUMTB within stipulated time. The original highest academic certificate and transcripts, the Foreigner’s Physical Examination Form, Non-criminal Record and the original language proficiency certificate will be verified at the time of registration.
注：境外学生入校报到事宜将根据中国入境政策另行通知。
Note: Requirements concerning your registration at CUMTB will be notified in due time in accordance with China’s immigration policy.
