Brief Introduction
Founded in 1989, Chimelong Tourist Resort长隆旅游度假区 is located at the intersection of east Hanxi Avenue and Chimelong Metro Avenue in Panyu District, Guangzhou, Guangdong Province with nearly 70 recreational facilities.
Guangzhou Chimelong Tourist Resort is a comprehensive theme tourism resort, covering a total area of 10,000 mu, integrating tourist attractions, hotels, restaurants, entertainment, and leisure. It owns Chimelong Paradise, Chimelong International Circus, Chimelong Safari Park, Chimelong Water Park, Chimelong Birds Park, Guangzhou Chimelong Hotel, Panyu Xiangjiang Hotel, Chimelong Golf Practice Center, and other facilities.
In 2007, Guangzhou Chimelong Tourist Resort was rated as a national 5A level scenic spot and a “Cultural Industry Demonstration Base” named by the Ministry of Culture.
In 2012, Chimelong Tourist Resort received more than 13 million tourists annually, including 1.5 million tourists from Hong Kong and Macao, with annual revenue of more than 2 billion yuan.
Chimelong Paradise has introduced the equipment from Switzerland, Holland, Germany, Italy, the United States, and other global amusement equipment companies, including a vertical roller coaster, ten ring roller coaster, motorcycle roller coaster, U-shaped skyscraper skateboard, and super water wheel battle, etc.

Chimelong Tourist resort covers an area of 10,000 mu, using the European style design. Chimelong Paradise is suitable for the whole family to play, divided into the Hubby Kingdom mainly for children’s amusement, Scream Zone mainly for all sorts of adventures, cyclone island which is based on the medieval European style, happy water world with water as the theme, the Center Performing Arts Plaza, the White Tiger Street with six theme parks giving priority to leisure. A large-scale indoor thermostat happy children’s Paradise has been established.
Chimelong Safari Park长隆野生动物世界 is located on the west side of the Guangzhou Chimelong tourist resort, covers an area of 2000 mu, has the original ecology, large subtropical rainforest in south China with many rare and endangered animals. The park has 12 giant pandas, 57 koalas, nearly 200 national treasure white tigers, more than 500 species, more than 20000 rare animals in other countries around the world.
Chimelong Water Park长隆水上乐园 is located in the west of Guangzhou Chimelong Tourist resort, covering an area of 450 mu. It is a water park jointly designed by the WHITE WATER and FORREC of Canada. From 2013 to 2017, Guangzhou Chimelong Water Park was included in the list of the world’s top 20 water Parks. The Chimelong Water Park is the biggest water park in Asia and has the most aqua-play structures in the world. All the water park amusements are designed and provided by the world’s top aqua-play corporation. Many of them have been awarded international prizes.
Located in the core hinterland of Chimelong Tourist Resort, Chimelong International Circus长隆国际大马戏 is the “Cultural Industry Demonstration Base” of the Ministry of Culture and the famous “Cultural Tourism card” of Guangdong Province. Chimelong International Circus purchases high-end circus programs in the world. More than 300 Chinese and foreign actors from more than 20 countries, including the United States, Russia, Thailand, Kenya, the Philippines, Brazil, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Colombia, Ukraine, and other countries, perform with thousands of animals of more than 50 kinds.
Chalong Birds Park长隆飞鸟乐园 is located in Shibei Road, Dashi Town, Panyu District, Guangzhou City. It is a large theme park, covering an area of thousands of acres, where there are over 300 kinds of rare national birds from all over the world and more than 10,000 birds live naturally. You can closely watch the amazing original ecological flying around the island. Described as “a real bird-watching place”.
Chimelong Hotel长隆酒店 is located in the heart of Chimelong Tourist resort, with thousands of acres of forest and green space. It is only a few minutes’ walk away from Chimelong Paradise, Chimelong Water Park, Chimelong Safari Park, and Chimelong International Circus. Chimelong Hotel is an original animal-themed hotel in China, with an atrium garden stocked with white tigers and flamingos, as well as a megafauna island stocked with rare animals such as white tigers, swans, and toucans.
Covering an area of about 2000 mu, Chimelong Paradise长隆欢乐世界 is a super large theme amusement park with international advanced technology and management level, which is built by Chimelong Group and integrates riding, cruise, ecological leisure, characteristic catering, theme store, and comprehensive services. It is located in Yingbin Road, Panyu, Guangzhou, with more than 70 sets of amusement facilities. It is the largest amusement park in the world with the most investment in equipment and the most introduction in China.
