1）Undergraduate Program(Clinical medicine): five years; Those who have completed the required credits, passed the examination, and reached the level 5 of the International Chinese Language Proficiency Standard will be awarded a bachelor’s diploma. Those who pass the degree examination will be awarded a bachelor’s degree.

3.Changsha Medical University Eligibility1) Non-Chinese citizens who are in good health, hold a valid foreign passport, obtained a high school diploma or equivalent, and are willing to comply with Chinese laws and regulations of CSMU. Applicants must comply with the regulations (JW[2020] NO.12) issued by the Ministry of Education of PRC.

3)Students who apply for majors should pass HSK4; Students who cannot meet the requirement of Chinese language proficiency shall take a one-year preparatory Chinese language course and meet relevant Chinese language standards before embarking on degree programs.
According to the regulations of the Ministry of Education of P. R. China, international students must purchase medical insurance while studying in China. International students must purchase the insurance at their own expense. Uninsured students cannot register.
4.Changsha Medical University Application Materials1)Colored scanned copy of passport(Over one-year availability).

3)Transcript of the highest diploma (or notarized Chinese/English translated document).
4)Highest graduation certificate (or notarized Chinese/English translated document).
5)Foreigner Physical Records(within the latest six months). Applicants should strictly check the items in accordance with the requirement of Physical Examination Record, and the physical examination report should be accompanied by a laboratory report. An incomplete form (including sheets with no photos, no signs or stamps of doctors and hospitals) is regarded as an invalid form. The medical examination should be conducted in a public hospital, anyone who does the medical examination in a private hospital should obtain a notarization. The original piece is required during registration.
6)Non-criminal record or Chinese/English-translated document with an official stamp(within the latest six months).
7)Family Financial certificate(bank statement within the latest three-month and financial guarantee).
8)Certificate of HSK.
9)Applicants under the age of 18 must provide ID certificates, employment certificates and letters of commitment by a guardian living in China.
5.Changsha Medical University Application Procedures
Step 1: Application
Send the electronic version of application materials(scanned version) to the e-mail address:[email protected],and wait for the initial review (about 2-4 weeks).
Step 2: Payment of the Application Fee
After passing the initial review, please complete the application fee(400RMB) payment within two weeks, otherwise the application cannot be continued. If you fail to pass the initial review, NO NEED to pay this fee.
Step3: Complete the application and wait for the result
The review is conducted based on the materials submitted by the applicants.
Note: After passing the preliminary examination (the first step of the qualification examination by the Hunan Provincial Department of Education), we can pre-admit the applicants if there is no problem in reviewing application materials. Other universities have interviews and written exams.
Step4:Admission
Students will be reviewed for final admission results, and the admission letter and visa application form will be sent.
Application status will be informed by e-mail, please keep yourself informed by checking e-mail.
6. Changsha Medical University Notes
1) The materials mentioned above shall be provided in English or Chinese. Materials in any other language should be notarized in Chinese or English.
2) The application fee will not be refunded regardless of admission results. If there is any fraud in the application materials, the application will be disqualified.
3) Upon enrollment, students are required to undergo performance reviews in accordance with the school’s regulations in order to apply for scholarship from the second to the fourth year. Students who violate Chinese laws and school rules and regulations will be disqualified from the scholarship, if the circumstances are serious, disciplinary measures will be taken up to the cancellation of school status.

2023年长沙医学院国际学生招生简章
一、招生类别
本科项目（临床医学）：学制五年；修满规定学分、考核合格且达到毕业要求、中文能力达到《国际汉语能力标准》五级水平者，颁发本科毕业证书，经学位审查通过者，授予学士学位。
语言课程培训项目：1、长期生，学期为1年；2、短期生，学期为3-6个月。
二、专业及学费标准

三、申请条件
1.已获高中毕业证书或具有同等学力，身体健康，愿意遵守中国相关法律法规和学校规章制度并持有外国有效护照的非中国籍公民，且符合教育部教外函[2020]12号文件规定。

2.年龄18-26周岁；年龄不满18岁的申请者应不低于17岁，并且有明确的在华监护人。
3.本科项目申请者中文能力达到《国际汉语能力标准》四级水平，可直接进入专业学习；中文能力未达到要求者须在我校进行为期一年的汉语语言培训，达到相应HSK标准后方可进入专业学习。
注：根据中国教育部相关文件，长期在华国际学生必须购买“来华留学生综合保险”。国际学生须自费购买，没有购买的国际学生，学校将不予办理注册手续。
四、申请材料
1.护照（有效期1年以上）。
2.长沙医学院来华国际学生入学申请表。
3.成绩单或经公证的中/英翻译件。
4.最高学历证明或经公证的中/英翻译件。
5.外国人体格检查表。申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查表》中要求的项目进行检查，体检报告应附有化验室检查报告。缺项、未贴本人照片或照片上未盖章、无医师和医院签字盖章的《外国人体格检查表》无效。体检应在公立医院进行，凡在私立医院体检者，应取得公证部门的公证。检查日期应为近6个月内，请携带原件到校报到。
6.无犯罪记录证明或经公证的中/英翻译件（近6个月内)。
7.家庭财产证明（近6个月的银行流水及财产担保函，账户余额5万元人民币及以上）。
8.HSK证书。
9.年龄不满18岁的申请者应提交在华监护人身份证明材料、在职证明及签名版《监护人委托书》。
五、申请流程
第一步：提交申请材料
按要求将电子申请材料发送至[email protected]，并等待初审结果（2-4周）。
第二步：支付申请费
初审通过后，请于两周内在长沙医学院统一支付平台支付申请费人民币400元，未通过初审者，不需要支付申请费。
第三步：完成申请，等待考核录取结果
根据申请者提交的材料进行审核。（注：其他高校有面试、笔试环节，我校初审通过（省厅第一步资格审查）后，审核其他材料没有问题即可预录取）。
第四步：录取
完成最终录取，寄送录取通知书和签证申请表。
所有录取结果均以邮件回复，请及时查看邮件。
六、注意事项
1.申请材料仅接受中文或英文文本，中英文以外文本须附经公证的中文或英文的译文。
2.无论录取与否，上述申请费用不退还，一经发现材料造假，即刻取消申请资格。
3.学生入学后须按学校规定接受考核，考核通过后，第二年至第四年可申请奖学金。凡是违反中国法律和学校规章制度的国际学生，一律取消奖学金资格，情节严重的，给予纪律处分，直至取消学籍。
