Students Criteria of Scholarship   It is offered to the students who apply to study Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree or Doctoral Degree in Jiamusi University. 1.1 Scholarship for Bachelor’s Degree: Applicants under the age of 25 must have High School Degree with excellent grades. 1.2 Scholarship for Master’s Degree: Applicants under the age of 35 must have Bachelor’s Degree. 1.3 Scholarship for Doctoral Degree: Applicants under the age of 40 must have Master’s Degree with excellent grades. (The applicants cannot be studying in China while applying.) 2. The Documents to be submitted for Scholarships : 1)  “Application Form for the Chinese government Scholarships” This form is available for download on the official website of China Scholarship Council.（https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/） Agency No: 10222 “Application Form for the Heilongjiang Provincial Government Scholarships” This from is uniformly issued by the university. Application form should be completed either in English or Chinese. 2)  The notarized highest academic certificate obtained must be in English or Chinese.
