Story | Young Asian champion’s battle goes on outside the ring
12:00 Author:en.hangzhou.com.cn(The image is not related to this article.) “You will not back walk again.” The doctor’s words echoed in the cold hospital room, freezing the young man into an icy grip of despair. The young man, Timour Alserhan, with an imposing physique, spoke with politeness, his eyes conveying respect and courtesy. “I was devastated at that time because I thought that I would never be a champion anymore.” He confessed at the beginning. This, however, rather than a conclusion, served as the prologue of a new story. Dramatically, it turned out that the doctor had made the mistake of mixing another patient’s file with his. However, the doctor still insisted that Timour's head was damaged and he could not do boxing anymore. This time, Timour listened to his unyielding voice within: “Boxing is in my blood and I will become the Asian champion. ” True to his word, he returned to training, and at the tender age of 18, he won the Asian championship, just two months before his journey to China. Born in Jordan, a city pulsating with the heartbeat of the Middle East, Timour was shaped by the same vibrant spirit that characterized his homeland. As a young…Original link

China College Grads Loans to Start Businesses, Govt Pays 80%
16:20 Author:alphaBEIJING - Enterprising Chinese college graduates will be able to borrow up to half a million yuan ($106,000) in the wealthy province of Zhejiang to start a business, and if it goes belly-up, the government will help pay at least 80 per cent of the loan. The generous plan, unveiled at a news conference hosted by China's state planner on Thursday (Feb 17), underscores official concerns about job prospects for the country's millions of graduates in a labour market that has tightened due to slowing economic growth. If graduates' startup businesses go sour, the government can help pay at least 80 per cent of their loans and 100 per cent if it is less than 100,000 yuan, Chen Zhong, vice director at Zhejiang province's Human Resources and Social Security Department, told reporters. College graduates can also enjoy a living allowance and housing subsidies from 20,000 to 400,000 yuan if they work in Zhejiang, China's fourth-biggest province by economic output. "College graduates are valuable human resources... This year, there are more than 10 million college graduates across the country, which is a good opportunity for us," Chen said.Original link
