To achieve this integration, several steps should be taken:
Accelerate the digital, networked, and intelligent transformation of the manufacturing industry and foster advanced manufacturing clusters.
Implement high-quality development initiatives for key industrial chains and expedite the growth of world-class enterprises.
Optimize fiscal and tax support policies, refine financial support mechanisms, and reasonably reduce the overall costs and tax burdens of the manufacturing sector.
Appropriately advance the deployment of information infrastructure, expedite the widespread adoption of information technology, and hasten the transformation of industrial models and corporate structures to create internationally competitive digital industrial clusters.
Promote innovative development of platform economies, construct and operate national data infrastructure, and establish robust data foundation systems.
