Located on Huaxi Road, Shanghai’s first “leaf-sweeping-free” street, this hub serves as a public leisure area, offering free books, hot water, and warm patches.
Zhou Yayun, a nearby worker who has lived in Shanghai for over 20 years, shared his appreciation for the community’s shift from management-focused functions to offering more services.
