As the first archaeological museum in Zhejiang, Hangzhou Linping Yujiashan Archaeological Museum is expected to open in April next year.
Currently,, the construction work of the museum project has been completed by 90 percent, and is expected to be fully finished by the end of December.
The museum is located on the southwest side of the Archaeological Site Park, spanning more than 120,000 square meters, with about 8,000 unearthed cultural relics including stoneware, jadeware and pottery. The paddy field landscape outside the museum reflects the rice cultivation tradition of Liangzhu Culture.
