Delta Air Lines recently announced that it is set to reinstate its direct flight service from Shanghai to Los Angeles in June 2025. The route will be serviced by Airbus A350 aircraft and feature three weekly flights.
Wong Hong, president of Delta Air Lines China, expressed the airline’s commitment to providing seamless air travel services for Chinese passengers heading to destinations in the United States.
After it reopens the Shanghai to Los Angeles route next summer, Delta Air Lines will have a total of 17 direct flights in operation between China and the United States each week, including the existing routes to Detroit and Seattle, which both run between Shanghai on a daily basis.
