The festival, which will run through Feb. 23, includes short films and videos, microfilms, and micro videos. Highlighting science fiction elements, the festival will introduce a science fiction short film competition. Launched in Guangming, Shenzhen, in 2013, the festival is the only State-endorsed international short film festival in China.
